Owner/manager pure rude, aggressive and poor customer service. She was charging me a $100 to repair a small hole in my jeans. I thought she was joking. I Will never give her any of my business and will let a lot of people know that she is robbing people blind.

Horrible dry cleaners. I brought a pair of expensive dress pants in for dry cleaning. The first time I picked them up, they had steam pressed seams that didn't match the inseam. I brought the pants back for them to fix it. The second time I picked them up, they still hadn't fixed the inseam marks they'd made. The THIRD time, yes THIRD TIME, I went to pick them up, they had pressed new seams into the front and back of the pant leg (that weren't there before and I didn't ask for). They then told me I needed to go to the headquarters location on 41st to see if they could steam out the new seams. Terrible service. Everytime I spoke to the front girl she either wasn't listening to me or didn't pass along my requests/concerns to the steamer. DON'T GO HERE unless you wan't your clothes ruined and your time wasted.

They ruined my partners Lululemon winter jacket and said the damage was there when we dropped it off, claiming they documented damage before hand on a hand written note (which they could not present). They even charged us for the cleaning without acknowledging the damage.I had used them several times before with no issue, but will not be back.

Lost one of the 6 items I dropped off, and shrank another by 2 sizes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my Aritzia Ganna jacket in to get drycleaned as I spilled coffee on it. I brought it in on September 25th, and picked up on October 6th - upon coming home and trying it on i discovered the jacket had completely shrunk. Something that was once loose fitting was now skin tight and much shorter. I called and they asked that I bring it back and they would "stretch it out" mind you its wool. I brought it back and they had it about a week and half or so - tried it on in store upon pick up and of course it was still shrunk. Now I got the managers number who I phoned who advised it had not been brought to her attention so she wanted the opportunity to bring it back and stretch it out another time. I gave them that opportunity - naturally upon pickup for a second over a month later from when i originally brought it in - it's still not the same. I asked the person there if they would be paying my out for my jacket they advised there was nothing they could do. And here i am writing a review. Needless to say DO NOT COME HERE

Don’t go here! I’m writing this as a late review for my blazer dry cleaned here, my fault for not inspecting the product at the store, 1 week later I check the blaze found buttons all broken and cracked, that same night I had a early flight to Dubai. Did not even bother calling to complain but will never return here.

Worst cleaner ever. I was told they would have a dress ready for a wedding by the next day. I came back 2 days later hours before departing for the wedding and it was not done, nor was it even at the same location. I was told to pick it up in Kerrisdale (dropped in Kits) on my way to the airport, risking missing my flight. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Now I am flying to a wedding without a dress to wear.

READ BEFORE GOING HERE.As soon as I walked in with a dress I needed fixed, I was met with attitude and negativity with regard to their services. There was a stain on the front, and the woman immediately said "oh no I don't know if we can get that out." Not like it's their job...also there was severe judgement with regard to the stain. It's your JOB.Then, I said, well I could also use some stitching to fix a tear, and the seamstress came over to look at the tear and LAUGHED at me saying "oh no, too much." I'm sorry, but when did being professional go out the window? When did businesses decide to say they can provide services and then not want to provide them? I even offered up the idea of being able to see the stitching in the mend being okay. Only that I needed it fixed. And she laughed at me.I was fed up at that point and said okay thanks. The woman was condescending up to the point I left, saying "Bye now!" After me. Will never set foot in there again.

I brought some items to be drycleaned and upon picking them up, noticed that the hem of my pants had come undone. I showed them and asked them to fix them as the hem was fine before I brought them in. When I picked them up I was charged for the repair. I was told it could not be from the dry cleaning. I explained further that I shouldn't be charged as the pants were fine prior to their services. I paid in the end but will not be doing any more business here. It is my understanding that if an item is in good condition when you bring it in, you shouldn't be expected to pay for something that happened as a result of their services.
