Took in a tote bag to be fixed. They lined it with fabric and charged me $50!! Paid $1.50 for the tote bag when I originally bought it! The only reason I had it repaired was for sentimental value but not a surprise of $50. worth of sentiment. I tried explaining to the young lady working but she was insensitive to my case and refused to escalate my concern. Very disappointed.

Terrible, DONT use this cleaners. They have ruined a garment of mine and refuse to phone me or address the issue. There are many good cleaners dont choose a bad one.

I dropped off 3 articles for cleaning on Wed, and had to press for a return on Sat, this was finally done. I picked up the articles today 1 cotton sweater, 1 silk scarf and 1 wool sweater, the bill an outrageous $43.00. The wool sweater is clean but ruined, it was an XL, its now a M at best, it has shrunk 3 inches in length. I called them immediately and was told to come in on Tuesday and the Manager would stretch it.........I'll go in but how it can be stretched is beyond me. I'll not be utilizing this cleaner again, and I have been a client for 4 years, not any longer........see ya.

TLDR: They ended up charging me twice the price we settled.I went there with a winter jacket, the zipper was broken and needed a quick fix. I went there and asked them to give me an estimate of how much it'd be. The lady was nice and told me the following: "it'll be 10-15$ if we need to replace the zipper head, and 15-20$ if we need to replace the whole zipper". Although I know I could have done it for much cheaper myself, it was convinient for me to have it done by someone. She then told me it would take them 2 WEEKS to do fix it. I asked them to call me when it is done. I reluctantly agreed as I had other jackets I could wear. 2 weeks go by and I got no call, so I go to see what's up. They replaced the whole zipper with a low quality one and charged me $40..... The lady was not understanding of the situation. This jacket is worth at most 60$ so I was very keen on leaving it there but I paid with a frown on my face.It is an understatement to say I am beyond dissapointed. I will never go to this bussiness again even if they are the only place in all canada I would prefer to just buy a new jacket.Service: Alterations

I’ve left my coat with torn lining to be repaired about a week ago and they said with certainty that they can do it and left it in extra long so quote “they can have the time to do the repair”. Today,I went to pick my clothes up only to found that they didn’t do the repair but instead told me the tearing is too much and it will cost me more so it’s not worth it. I was very frustrated because I love my coat so much and I am planning to wear it soon. I did discuss the money issue with them before I left it in and I was very clear that I accept the cost of repair. If for any reason they can’t do the repair they shouldn’t have made the false promise to me AFTER they had taken a look at my coat at the front desk. Also, when I ask for a repair I meant that I need the work done not for them to give me advises on wether if it is worth the time / money or not after hand. That’s a discussion that should happen before I leave my coat to them. I go there to get my clothes cleaned quite often and I was generally pleased with their work. But today I was quite disappointed in how this had turned out.

Based on my personal experience that is my opinion:
Range 0 - 10
Customer service: 0
Dry-cleaning service: 0
Ironing: 0
Price: 0
I left a suit that really needed to be dry cleaned and iron, and when I went to pick them up, they were still wrinkled exactly the same. There is a white line on the lining which you can rub away with your nails and also there are some white stains. I asked the reason of that and he said they are responsible just to send it to KERRISDALE CLEANERS (2583 W 4th Ave Surrey). They cleaned it but my suit does not looks good, actually looks like a old suit. Actually they ruined my suit. They got my hangers and my suit-bag and gave it to someone. I've taken the suit to Sperle's Cleaners (at Davie St. 1175) and they always get cleaned normally.

Not impressed with service or quality, I gave this place 3 try’s and only once was I completely statisfied, on my last visit I had 4 items of clothing dropped off, 2 of which had not been pilled and were getting over the other clothes. I would not suggest this place to anyone looking to get anything cleaned.

They do a great job but so expensive! Also don't like that if there is a repair needed on the item they just go ahead and do it and then charge extra. I'd prefer that they either let me know ahead of time and decide if I want the service or not. Seriously - more than $10 to replace a button?
