Love this store! I have been shopping here for as long as I can remember it being here. The staff are lovely and the items beautiful - from the candles, to the clothing, to the jewelry. Every Christmas I buy at least a few gifts here and for many birthdays. I have yet to leave there empty handed. Glad it is still there. ?

Beautiful high quality clothes! I really overlooked this place in the past as the store is a little inconspicuous on the drive. Big mistake and I'm glad I stopped in.

Incredibly disappointing experience shopping here. I bought a set of 3 rings and within a few weeks one of the rings had snapped in half as I wasn’t even using my hands for anything.I called the store and the owner expressed that they would happily fix that for me and to come in and see them. They told me the hours they would be in store and on one of the days I visited they weren’t there. I called again to confirm and when I went back to visit they seemed reluctant to help me with replacing the ring and said they would have to take it back from me to decide what to do with the vendor. I expressed on multiple occasions that I do not live in the area so having to repeatedly return while she decides what to do is incredibly inconvenient for me. I did not want the same style of ring as it is obviously prone to breakage.They do not stand by their products and tried to pass off blame to the vendor rather than have my ring replaced and then dealing with the vendor themselves. Additionally, they then tried to back track and say that would have to check their records of when I purchased to see if I would be eligible despite being the person (owner) that sold the set to me just a few weeks prior. In our initial conversation I said I could see if I had the receipt and they said not to worry, they remembered me and to bring it in for them to take a look.If the customer service was better I probably would have bought more jewelry off of them as my original search was for gold and they didn’t have a good stock of gold at the time of my original purchase.Incredibly disappointed in how this was handled and cannot in good faith recommend this shop to anyone if they do not stand by their products.I am now left with a broken ring and zero solution.** editing to add that I do in fact, have the receipt of the original purchase which I would have brought with me if I wasn’t told in the original interaction that it wasn’t a bother.

I've been shopping at Kali for years and I recommend it to everyone. The clothes are gorgeous and incredibly well-made, and best of all, they're unique! I am constantly getting compliments on my outfits. Sonia, the owner, has an incredible eye for what suits her clients. It's a local business that's well worth supporting.

I do not recommend this place as person of colour. I walked in and the staff member looked at me up and down walked by and asked a Caucasian woman if she needed help along with others. Racial vibes I no longer support this local store.

Amazing service and excellent products at both the Victoria and Vancouver locations. This is clearly a brand that cares about relationships and the quality of its products.

I went in today to buy a dress. I was so delighted by the unique, quality products and clothing she carries. I was guided to try on a few dresses before we found the perfect dress (an understated, unique, high quality, lovely pink linen dress for the holidays). Thank you very much! Visiting Kali was an absolute joy! The products and displays are all brilliant, it's truly unbelievable. I was intrigued by almost every item - the curation is just perfect. I found the most wonderful Christmas gift here in a last moment rush. Sonia was very kind and helpful to a bewildered, drenched shopper! I'm so glad I found this shop and I'm even more happy to have met Sonia. So much care has been put into this shop. It was an absolute delight to visit. Thanks again!
