Accurate name if FRILLS means FOOD. Every time I come here with a list of more than 10 things they are always out of at least one. Decent prices and specials when they have stock.

Rude store manager
Had extremely worst experience with this no frills. I went this nofrills today for exchange avocados bought a month ago. The avocado stayed in room temperature for a week and never get ready. Then it went bad right away.
So I talked with ALICE(store manager), she mentioned policy refund within 14days unkindly. I didn’t even want to refund and wanted to get something else instead of Avocados.
I don’t really understand the store got me the faulty product and the store manager Alice didn’t even get me refund or exchange.
The avocado value was just $5, I totally wasted my time and spoiled my day.
VERY DISAPPOINTED ON YOUR SERVICE.

I frequently shop at this location prior to going into my office for the day , the layout is straight forward and they tend to have items on special that require refrigeration or frozen items near front of store on the left if facing the front .
under a $4.88 sign , they had about 20 packages of /mushroom pork sui mai ( frozen) good price so I went to purchase . after looking at my bill it showed a price of 7.88 that was charged . I went back to verify price and showed clerk the same ... he says it was for a different item , yet their were 20 packages under the price .
instead of honoring the price , he says I will just give you a refund even after I said I would purchase for the price showing..
very bizarre , here is the kicker ... that was at 8:30 am , I went back tot he store after work at 3:30 .. nothing changed ... sign still the same .. all unsuspecting customers .. double check check your bill .

The price gauging over the last few months has become absolutely insane. There are a few items I have been keeping an eye on, and each time I visit, their prices are steadily climbing. Not to mention items constantly being out of stock. I've started only going here when I absolutely need to - otherwise I shop somewhere else.

?? Mamma mia, No Frills, eh? This place, it’s-a like a dream from the gods of-a grocery! I walk in, I see the prices and BOOM, my wallet starts-a singing opera! So cheap, I think maybe I’m-a robbing the place! But no, they say, ‘Signore, it’s-a normal.’ Normal?! In Italy, you pay more just to look at the tomatoes!
The pasta aisle? Santo cielo! So many choices, I-a cry like a bambino. I pick up the rigatoni, the penne, even the spaghetti long-a like my Nonna's stories, eh! The sauce? Perfetto! I look at the jar, and I say, ‘Nonna, you outta job now!’ Ahaha!
The vegetables, ah, so fresh, I-a swear I hear them-a speaking Italian to me. ‘Ciao bello,’ they say, ‘eat me!’ I don’t even need to go to the farmer’s market no more. I buy-a the zucchini, the eggplant—my fridge, she’s-a gonna explode, capisce?
And the staff! Ah, the workers, they-a smile like they know I’m-a cooking something special. They say, ‘You-a need help?’ I say, ‘No, I need-a to marry this store!’
Five stars? Che?! If I could, I give-a them 100 stars, and a pizza on top! Grazie, No Frills, for making my grocery shopping a bella cosa!

Visited this store last week, the fruit and veg section was disgusting. It was overrun with fruit flies, I am surprised the store has not been shut down. I still foolishly bought a pineapple and it was mouldy on the inside.
