Have been buying insurance with them for years. Had one small claim under $10,000 in 7 years and it was a nightmare to deal with. When I called and asked to speak to a manager no one ever reached out or tried to get in touch over my concerns.I referred a couple business owner friends of mine and they unfortunately had the same experience as I did.

wow have used this company for a long time but have no idea what has happened. The response i received from the office was pathetic. i had call and left many messages for Trish Jinks never there and when she is never calls you back.Find another company to deal with

The asian man working there is extremely rude and unprofessional. God forbid you park in their parking lot (which is always empty) without advising him.

I walked in to John Ross Insurance bases on the review on high stars rating, although there are several brokers in the same area have a good ratings as well. JR was just my first choice, lucky them. I was thinking if they don't provide a good service that meet my expectation, I just walk to the next door on the same block. After sitting down with John Mac for about 20 minutes, he gave me quick, clear and straight forward answers as well as explained to me how the policy works and insurance companies function. I was surprised that he helped me regardless if I were their client or not. In the matter of fact, I told him up front that I have my own broker. I am in the midst of decision to change a broker if I found out my broker has not been acting on my behalf and interests after over 10 years of business. John helped me to clarify many questions and suspicious over my broker. I give four stars, just because there is no coffee provided. Just kidding.

Renewed my car insurance here... broker asked about my car's collision avoidance system for a discount. I'm glad I came here because they picked up on these little things to help me out.

I called to ask for service from Mid Sept. to late Nov. after insurance was agreed upon and paid for and I did not receive any calls back from either my agent or any other agent...I was also told that the second agent that heard about my agreement no longer works for the company.....!!!!!
