I used to buy at holts, but PC services much better and more professional, esp Samantha helped me a lot. She’s helped to pick my signature layered scent with professional product knowledge also the hand and arm massage that she did is really good. When I need to buy gifts to clients I always ask her❤️

I was just passing by just to get some candles since it was sold out in Holt Renfrew. Honestly, I was thinking to give this store a zero star if I could. This one and only Asian girl in the store was literally trying to stop me from getting any product every time. She stared at me, and keep standing close to the product bar like I was about to steal something. Before writing this review, I have read all other reviews, seems like it all pointed to “that Asian girl”. If it was not Parisa, who was super nice, friendly help me to find something else when the product I wanted is out of stock, then I would have give 1 star for the experience today. Thanks Parisa for the help!

The Asian male manager working December 21 2023 ant 2:30 pm was extremely rude, condescending and not helpful.The staff at hotel renfrew Jo Malone were amazing and kind.I ended up Purchasing 10 Candles!English Pear, Orangr Blossom and Lime basil mandarin.Products and packaging are still amazing. Love all the scents.

Typically, I shop at Richmond Centre one for my needs at Jo Malone but I was in the area at this time. Was able to satisfy my last minute gift shopping with the assistance of Herman. He was able to accommodate the needs of my purchase and provided splendid service that I have never received at other locations.Thank you Herman again!

Had a wonderful experience at this store when we accidentally came upon it while browsing the mall. The girl helping us, I believe her name was Padrissa (I'm so sorry if I butchered it) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My little sister and I spent a while at the store and she was very patient and answered all of our questions, as well as gave us tips and suggestions. If we lived in Vancouver we would definitely return! Thank you for the fantastic service and I am very excited about my purchase!

I use to buy Jo Malone at Holt Renfrew, but after visiting this store and receiving such a revitalizing luxury experience I’ll definitely be coming back again! Herman, who I believe is the new store manager, took his time explaining each scent to me and ensured I was well taken care of. Charming, attentive customer service like this is truly rare these days. Highly recommend!

I walked in cause the Nordstrom closed, and i wanted a new fragrance. I have no idea why I didn’t visit this store sooner. Herman was amazing help, he was able to help me locate the white jasmine cologne from the archive collection which was only in the boutiques! Bonus points as he makes the conversation funny! i had amazing laughs as a bonus!

I dont normally write reviews but this time i felt like i had to. while I am a regular Jo Malone shopper, my first visit to this location had both ups and downs. Initially, I was disappointed by the service from an Asian lady who was unhelpful and rude. However, another staff member with long black hair significantly improved my experience. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and patient, taking the time to assist me in choosing the products I needed. Her excellent customer service somewhat made up for the earlier inconvenience. Despite the mixed experience, I might consider shopping online for future purchases.
