Showed up with a flat tire and they said they can’t fix it because they have too many winter tire appointments. That is literally the opposite of flat tire repair no appointment necessary!!! Total lie, false advertising of services. Really really lame.

I went for an oil and filter change service for which I paid almost 180 CAD. The service was not the best but the worst thing is that 3 weeks after the oil change, the light on my dashboard came back on requiring service. I do not recommend this place.

Just got my engine shampooed a couple days ago and then took it to this location to get an oil change. Brought it home and parked it. Found a huge pool of oil under it only an hour later. I took it back and they said it was buildup of water and oil runoff from the splash shield below. I took it home but something didn't sit right. In 30 years, I've never seen a pool of oil under any of my cars after an oil change. If they are right, why so much oil all over my car that it would end up hemorrhaging that much? I live 40 minutes away, it had lots of time to evaporate in the heat. So, I took out my headlamp and looked closely. Oil everywhere: back of the radiator, air intake hoses, manifold, splash shield, etc. I'm going to have to take it in to a real mechanic to check their work and get it shampooed again, at the very least. Gross job. Which would have been made slightly better if any of the guys who helped me were friendly. They were not. Surly af.

Got an oil change. Great service, reasonable price, pretty fast. The staff are very knowledgeable and service oriented. While they did do checks of other fluids, they didn't try to upsell me on the other services like the other big oil change companies.
