Enjoyed my visit to the Vancouver IWC Boutique. Russell was amazingly kind, helpful, and patient. He's very knowledgeable about IWC products, and gave great insight into choosing the right watch. Service was top notch during the visit, and following-up afterward. I'd recommend visiting the shop, and asking for Russell if you're interested in an IWC timepiece.

Russell was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the watches. He was able to walk me through my first IWC purchase experience and I'm happy that the entire experience was truly professional/outstanding. Furthermore, he was quick and thorough in providing after service, such as answering questions.

I took my limited edition IWC Tribute to Calypso watch into the IWC Schaffhausen Boutique in Vancouver for a service. I was recommended by them to have a complete service at that time costing $900.+ This service took approximately 5 months to have completed and have my watch returned. Four to five months later the watch completely stopped. I returned the watch for inspection and was then told then that the watch must have stopped due to an accident. " Which had not happened. " I am a 70 year old individual that leads a sedentary lifestyle. I found this accusation totally offensive. When the watch stopped working I immediately took it off and returned it promptly back to the Vancouver store for another inspection. Again after sending it to Toronto for this inspection I was told another service would be needed that would cost an additional $1850. plus taxes. You can imagine what I was thinking... like I was really being taken advantage of. So I picked up my watch to have it serviced elsewhere. I then took my watch to another watcher maker and had it serviced for $600. and received it back within a two month period. The watch works perfectly now. Totally disappointed with this type of treatment from IWC.

No good. Walked in with a friend the other day, and the sales guy gave my friend a nice bag and catalog without giving me anything! Maybe he thought my friend was more a buyer than me?? A very snobbish sales guy in this already very snobbish city! I hope this attitude is not what IWC stands for

Jenny was super communicative and extremely courteous in her help in helping me arrange a timepiece by IWC. I highly recommend this IWC, as unlike most other high end watch boutiques, you feel very well taken care of by the amazing staff.

Having had 7 Iwc's this will be my last... my topgun chrono is missing time in the minute counter.Took it in. Was told 4 to 6 months min and 800 to 1500 and maybe more time and money.Staff wound the watch thinking this would help. Sad fun watch to look at but no faith.

This my second time purchasing from this boutique in Vancouver and the service is still impeccable. Working with Jenny is such a pleasure. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, willing to indulge my questions and ready to assist with pictures and modelling of the watches I ask about. IWC watches are incredible, and their staff are too! Thank you Jenny !

The best possible outcome. Quite difficult to describe how incredibly exceptional the service is at this location. I’ve been in contact with one of the sales individual for the past three months, and from the moment I first spoken to them to the moment they delivered my watch. Each interaction was professional and very tailored to the point they’ve even shipped a bracelet to my home across the country. The entire staff was welcoming and patient with all my questions. I highly recommend visiting this IWC store.

Bought my first IWC Big Pilot Le Petite Prince edition at the boutique. Great service from Joey and her colleague on helping me to choose from Blue, Green and Black dials Big Pilot. They sure know about their watches and even let me try this Big Pilot Perpetual Calendar. Highly recommended if you are into luxury watches and IWC.

Went there to buy the Pilot's Watch Mark XX, as I was thinking about the green dial version, and it is only available at IWC boutiques. Their advisor Keith is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and provided me with good advices on which version to get. Customer services are top tier. And I am very happy about the watch I bought.

I visited the boutique this afternoon to inquire about an older watch I had received as a gift, which was missing its papers. My husband and I were warmly greeted upon our arrival and assisted by the friendly and incredibly knowledgeable boutique manager Hoki Li.Hoki was able to find out info about my watch and answer all of my questions pertaining to age, function and care.A++ service. I will be returning to Hoki for future watch maintenance and any potential purchases. Thanks Hoki!
