The gentleman who helped me today was awesome. He called to remind me my policy was expiring when ICBC did not send a reminder, then when he noticed some mistake (on the part of ICBC) he volunteered to call and get it fixed for me, he was just super friendly and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else.
