I will try to give an honest review because a discount is given for favourable reviews which is even mentioned in the 5 star reviews if you read carefully.
I drove in from Richmond and went to their location off Burrard St with my Mother who has some hip and back issues.
Someone else in the reviews compared the sales tactics to a "used car lot" and sadly this is true. My mother is older and little patience was shown. It seems all about money there. I get it is a small business but the owner has created culture of pushiness where customers are not allowed to think.
I am sure the owner will respond with some sort of message that blends virtue signalling and denial but I encourage other customers to read the real reviews.
I hope they see the light.

The price tag does not reflect the quality of Mattress. Moreover having to deal with constant delays and used car salesman techniques and poor warranty.
Do not trust the google reviews here as owner incentivizes leaving positive review for discount.

I purchased a mattress for my daughter a few years ago when she was toddler as a healthy non toxic mattress was non negotiable and now she is ready for a "big girl" bed and we are ready to order our second mattress. Great customer service and unparalleled products!

Take the positive reviews with a grain of salt as the vendor offers incentives for positive Google reviews. I had a horrible experience with this company. (So poor that I had to have my credit card company impose a charge back for my order.) Poor communication, completely inaccurate lead times with zero proactive updates from vendor. When you try to chase down delivery updates from the vendor, you get the same song and dance every time (staffing issues, supply chain disruptions)...but no accurate delivery estimates or effective resolution of the issue (in my case, trying to get them to actually deliver a replacement topper in honour of their sleep guarantee). For a $4,000 order, the product is just meh. I wish I had ordered from a different supplier of organic latex mattresses like Naturelle. Or frankly just collected any old mattress from a lane somewhere. That would have been a better experience than dealing with this business.

Amazingly good quality and very friendly service! We are very happy with our genuine organic mattress and will be picking up a second one this week! It's a very lovely shop with many interesting items to decorate your bedroom and very high quality organic cotton sheets! Thanks!

I Recommend to anyone these wonderful organic products… But more importantly, dealing with someone who actually cares, has a great attitude and wants to find the best solution for you.
Just think about how many hours we lie in our beds in our lifetime??? To have a clean non-toxic option that is healthier, it’s just simply a wise choice.

I recently stopped into inBed Organics with a specific intention and ended up purchasing a complete bedroom makeover.
I absolutely love my king frame, king latex mattress, topper, sheets, duvet, duvet cover, extra blankets, pillows and, pillow cases.
My space is energized!!!
Jennifer and her team did an amazing job of creating my whole package and Jennifer herself came to my house and helped me set it all up. Next level experience.

My bf and I recently purchased a pillow from inBed Organics.
