Replaced front bumper! Good work! Fast turnaround! Very happy that they vacuumed and detailed the car interior, etc. Cleanest body shop work space ever! Very tidy Customer Service front desk area too! Definitely recommend! Thanks to Kevin!

They refused to give a price to repair my paint they just kept saying 8 grand for new paint. I went to TDB instead and they did everything I wanted for 2 grand.

I had a great experience with imperial autobody. After trying a few different autobody shops who were unable to replace the front bumper on my 2007 Passat (because apparently it is too old) I came here. It was no problem for them and they were able to replace my bumper with original parts within a week. They also gave me a loaner car and buffed out some scratches on my car (free of charge). Thank you Kevin and Flora!

I had an excellent experience at Imperial Autobody and would highly recommend them. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. Kevin, in particular, made me feel confident leaving my car at the shop. He arranged a comfortable loaner SUV for my family while our car was being fixed.
The damage to the left side of my vehicle was quite extensive, but Kevin and his team managed to fix it in less than 2 weeks. When I picked up my car, I was amazed at the outcome. The damaged area looks impeccable - the paint job is flawless; it's as if nothing ever happened to it.
These guys don't mess around - they just get the job done, and they do it exceptionally well. It's no surprise they're ranked as a "Top Performer" on ICBC's repair network site. If you're looking for a trustworthy auto body shop, look no further.
I'm very pleased with the service and outcome. Imperial Autobody has earned my trust, and I'll definitely be returning if I need any future repairs.

Ian and Kevin of Imperial Autobody took care of the whole process of getting my sunroof replaced. They took a look at it and got a file started for me right away. This has got to be the worst shop in town I would avoid them at all cost.
They are extremely rude and do terrible work. Also plan to wait around 40+ mins after any appointment start time
