Having a mechanic you can trust is a very valuable asset, especially if you drive an older vehicle. Reza stands by his work and will go to any lengths necessary to keep his customers happy. He literally told me "Peter, I want you to be happy. I put my self in my customer's shoes." He means what he says!

Took my car in for a leak test and A/C recharge after replacing a leaky hose. The quotes for the work were a little high but not unreasonable, but they told me it would be $5.50 per oz for the new R134a refrigerant, (which typically costs about $0.40 / oz bulk, and $3.00 / oz retail) for a total of around $150 just for the fluid. When I said that seemed really high, the owner flipped out, yelled at me incoherently about his overheads, and kicked me out, even after I told him I was still willing to pay for the job. Overall, weird interaction.

Was quoted 182$ for AC system recharge, when came to pick up vehicle i was told bill would be 416$. Very greasy place.
Dealership quoted me 260$ for the same job. Avoid this place.

I had a bad experience getting my AC checked. The guy charged me $155 without telling me first. I paid for nothing, and he was really rude.

I did a lot of research to find a bodyshop in Vancouver that is trustworthy, efficient, affordable and great at what they do; AND I FINALLY FOUND ONE! Icy Cool Automotive is fantastic at fixing your car in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Reza is the gentleman I interacted with and he is super friendly and kind, polite and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! I definitely recommend Icy Cool Automotive Parts and Services Ltd.!

I’ve been bringing my car to this shop for well over 10 years. They are amazing, friendly, and honest about their work.
The reception is always fantastic, they work very quickly and always tell me what’s happening before charging me.
I was actually a kid when my dad first started bringing the car I now own here and we’ve been coming ever since. Reza is amazing and a big reason why I know anything about cars, as he would take time to explain the issues whenever I went into the shop when I was younger.
