Love the products. It's a shame the store only has a limited selection of what is available online. But I guess this is the new norm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all. I also like shopping at the outlet store on the way to YVR.

I rarely leave any negative comments, but had the worst shopping experience here. I was holding 5 items and wanted to grab one more from the rack. So I asked a staff for assistance, and she said “yea you can go ahead”. I told her I can’t reach because I am holding too many items. I smiled at her and thanked her twice. She had no response. When I checked out, they had issue with my prodeal. 3 staff gang up on me when I was explaining the situation to the store manager. The store manager was the only person being reasonable and polite. Will never come back to this location.

I feel their service used to be better and their sox used to last longer. I’m not sure their products are as good as they used to be. Recent story: when I brought my jacket in that I bought last year and asked where to get it repaired they offered no support: “take it to a tailor”. When I asked if they could recommend someone the woman said she would not recommend anyone. When comparing this to other brands like Arc’teryx icebreakers service is weak at best.

This store is a joke. First time I came to return few items I got refused cause “we don’t do returns in boxing week” (never mind that the store was not busy to say the least). Second time I came I see a note on the door “Sorry, we are closed due to staff shortage”.Overall really bad experience.

Terrible quality gloves. I bought a pair of the Merino wool gloves and they developed a hole in the finger quite quickly. Ice breaker replaced this pair in March 2022. The same thing happened with my new pair (in about 9 months) and they declined to replace this pair. "We do not offer warranty on items that were already bought using a previous warranty claim."Speaking with a few colleagues and this is a common occurrence. Don't waste your money!

Sock warranty policy changed. Got to do it one last time, then never again. No receipt given for replacements & tags torn off. Turns out they gave us the wrong sized socks. No recourse.

I arrived in Vancouver for a quick trip awhile ago and needed some hiking clothes. The girl that helped me Sumedha was amazing! Definitely go see her, I felt very comfortable and got exactly the fit I was looking for. I felt welcomed in as soon as I walked in. Also make sure you ask about their base layers - I had no idea!

great products, but the “lifetime sock guarantee” needs a receipts. like c’mon. who is gonna have a receipt from a few years ago. not impressed that this is the business model and culture this company has.

I had a damaged pants with faulty fabric, I discussed the problem with James (the store manager)After reviewing the problem, he honored the warranty as part of the service that icebreaker offers for their brand.(I have dealt with other manufacturers that refuse to honor warranties and make excuses about the cause of the damage or pass over the issue to the online customer service with a painful process)As a result of this interaction, I will stay loyal to Icebreaker because they deliver a consistently good customer experience.Thank you, James.

If I could give a minus 5 I would. If anything goes wrong look out with this company! Terrible customer service. Likely the worst ever encountered. I spent 10K over 9 years at this company but will never go back. Store manager and everyone on the phone are uninterested to help correct any problems. Quality is not what it used to be either. Bye! I really enjoyed my experience at this store. The service was excellent! The associate who helped me was attentive to my needs, listened to what I was looking for, and found me exactly the base layers that I needed. I love that the company makes plastic-free clothing! The prices are high but worth the quality.

Such amazing quality of clothes. Winter fall collections have all the colors I like as well. We go here to get gift cards for friends for Christmas presents.
