Clive helped us out in store and detailed the customization process, showed and recommended fabric options, and walked through price points. I loved that he was very attentive through the process without putting pressure on to make a decision about purchasing right away.
After going to several stores to look at more sectional options that day (including other known stores that do custom couches), there was really no comparison to the experience at Pallucci. The Pallucci sales experience was superior, the pricing was very reasonable, and I loved that the product was made locally.
I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly the sectional arrived. The expectation was for it to arrive in 4-6 weeks, but the delivery company called 2 weeks later to schedule a drop off. The delivery people were also great - they ended up having to take the apartment door off to get the sectional in (and put it back on when they left of course), set up the sectional, and took away all the shipping materials.
The couch itself is cozy and comfortable - it’s been perfect for movie nights.

“So happy to finally find tie dye bedding which I was dreaming to find for years and they helped me color match the macrame on my wall so the experience here was totally the best dream come true because I didn't expect to be able to find the right colour. The cobalt worked out perfectly and it was so cool of them to suggest for me to show it to them when I was about to pick the wrong one.. the washing instructions were really helpful too and I'm excited to follow the instructions to get the new duvet cover ready. Such a great welcoming experience for the toy poodle too.”

Got a cute purple and pink camping parachute hammock as well as stickers made by a local artist. The hammocks are made fair trade and well made, which is really nice because I really appreciate brands that pay their workers what they deserve! Will definitely recommend and will come back when I need any more hammock supplies! :)”

“It's a nice store with some cool items you won't find elsewhere. I would be a little cautious though when they go to the back to retrieve your item as when I asked for bath towels, the ones I wanted were out of stock so they brought out and tried to sell me the larger bath sheet size without telling me. They were $40 more per towel and the wrong size. It would have been better if they told me the size I wanted was out of stock and asked if I wanted the larger size instead of ringing me up hoping I wouldn't notice.”

“I used Fluff for staging a photo shoot, and everything was packaged and ready when we arrived. The loading bay can be a bit tricky to navigate if you’re picking up materials with a trailer. They do offer staging and delivery services, which, after doing it ourselves, seems like the more economical option.”
