We purchased a bag over $4000 and came back to discuss an issue with the opening and closing off the bag ,which has a mechanical problem and it’s not where and tear.-the response from the front desk shop is to pay $300 for the transportation to the factory, we left the bag with them and nothing is happening, we still waiting for their response

The concierge is just awesome. Someone had helped in a tight situation regarding a purchase on a trust basis. Don't see that much especially on a purchase in the thousands. Thanks!

I would like to recognize the service I received by Jade, manager, and Larissa, sales associate, both within the beauty department. I had booked a makeup consultation with another sales associate who was unavailable when I arrived. Jade and Larissa were able to quickly assist me with the consultation. They made it an enjoyable experience. I so recommend taking the time to have meet with them, and have them recommend products. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of service by both Jade and Larissa. Thank you both for your time and for making this such a memorable experience!

They advertised a discounted item that lured me in…have been shopping for a briefcase and saw a nice discount item became available. Bought it online and was told it cannot be fulfilled. Smelling a bait and switch here as this item became available hours between my search on their website.
