Went in September 10th between 12:15pm-1:15pm with my 2 kids (9 years old and 6 years old), no one greeted to us when we entered, about 3 seconds after, there was a salesperson greeted and said hi, but her eye contact was actually to the family behind us . My girl firstly thought this lady was saying hi to us, and my girl replied with a hi politely BUT this lady was actually saying hi to the family behind us as her eyes were looking at something behind us! So I turned and realized the family of 4 came in the store are Caucasian with a baby and a toddler.So does that mean I do not deserve to be served because I'm Asian or because I have 2 kids but not baby and toddler? I bought from Hills before and I actually had an account there, and this is NOT THE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING this situation FROM THE SAME STORE, this is already MY SECOND TIME, and thats why I'm leaving this comment here which I have never done it in my life time (leaving a google review).I was gonna ask the lady for her name to report but she was about to leave for lunch or something when I entered the store again.Wish you guys can train your salesperson properly or else it will definitely affect the sale!

Went in July 18th in the early afternoon, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They went the extra mile to find the gift item we were looking for and offered gift wrapping without being prompted. I was impressed because I rarely get such great service in other shops in Park Royal.

We went in today and were quite disappointed with the non-existent size inclusivity. L is the largest size they carried and even then only select few models. I spoke to a woman who sounded like she was the owner/manager and she said it didn't make sense to carry more sizes in both locations. I want to be able to shop for my body just like everyone else and try it on in the store, not order online. Given they can afford to have a prime location and carry such expensive brands it truly makes no sense to miss out on a whole market of people with bodies larger than a size Medium.

Went in on Friday the 13th and the lack of service sure was scary!!! The 5 little blondies stood around, maybe stared a little, and chatted amongst themselves. But never greeted my girlfriend and I, checked in, or asked if we needed help - any of the bare minimum you’d hope to get when going into a store, looking to make a jewelry purchase! Saw a couple rings we liked but walked out based on this weird … quiet .. cold service. And for the record I’m 23, not a “Karen”. I just have standards for service. I’d hate to assume it’s because we walked in as 2 women holding hands?

3 women working- not a single greeting. Nobody even made eye contact with me. It wasn’t until I had to walk up to the counter to see some necklaces that one salesperson commented on how large my engagement ring was… suddenly they had interest in me. I actually still never received a greeting then it was literally “wow your ring is huge! Good for you”. Funny enough I had SO much time in the store being ignored I actually ended up googling the brand online and purchasing the $400 necklace before even being acknowledged. It looks like a lot of your Google reviews are the same- maybe time for a lesson on customer service?

I had the same experience as others had. Nobody said hello to us but I asked one of the staff to open the cabinet to try some jewelry. She wasn't busy but suddenly disappeared during we were checking. We didn't want to try getting attention again. So we left. I liked the brands they had but their service was terrible.

I walked in to hills on a Wednesday afternoon. The shop was relatively quiet, with about 3 women working and about 2 others in the store. I moved through the shop without anyone greeting me, and stayed for about 15 minutes with no one saying one word to me. No “can I help you find anything” no “how are you” no “hello”. Maybe I didn’t look like I had enough money to spend at this store and so I wasn’t given any attention or concern. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and am never stepping foot in a hills again. Thanks for the memories.

This is a stunning boutique with a unique array of designer pieces & European gems like Ganni & more …shop in a great atmosphere with sincere, friendly & impeccable customer service from Anne…she helped me so much in tracking down the perfect size & pair of shoes for work…Emma & Sonia were also super helpful with their call backs and keeping me in the loop with the order process ..thank you all so much!!

It was Easter Sunday and my husband surprised me by taking me to Park Royal to visit my favourite stores, Free People and Anthropologie. I rarely go into the indoor part of the mall but today we did. I came upon Hill's Dry Goods and was extremely impressed with all of the merchandise. Everything was exactly my style! I found a sweater I was interested in and approached the two ladies at the register to ask if it came in other colours. (There were no other customers in the store so I thought they might not mind answering my question.) They seemed hesitant to serve me and were quite short. Feeling embarrassed I slowly crept out of the store with my husband (who later commented on how rude they were toward me). On my way out an attractive, dressed up, younger woman came into the store and they approached her excitedly asking how they could help. At that moment I got why I wasn't being treated well and I suddenly felt ugly. Loved the store, it was exactly my style but am fearful that, somehow, am not beautiful enough to shop there. Still so sad! :(

Excellent customer service from a lovely young employee. Unfortunately, customer service can be a hard gig and many people lose their joy for serving the public. It is nice to meet people who are excited to do their jobs and do not have the robotic glaze that sometimes overtakes workers in bigger chain stores. Beautiful lines of clothing.
