although the shop looks inferior and old school, the staff especially James (the owner's son) is very nice and helpful. the mattress quality is good so as the bed frame. price is reasonable.
i bought one bed frame and two mattress there. when they prepared the order, they made mistake in writing my phone nbr., on the day of delivery, they were unable to deliver on the promised day, they called me but failed to reach me of course because the nbr was wrong, instead of ignoring me and let me waiting for them, they came to my home and asked the gate staff to reach me and tell me
they can't deliver on that day and say apology to me., actually, the one came
to my place to advise me they can't deliver on that day is the owner, he is very kind and responsible indeed.
so strongly recommend you to buy mattress
and bed frame there unless you look for very high class one, otherwise this one is worth for price !

Although store staff is nice, bed frame quality is very cheap. I got FF3. It looked good when delivered, the person who put it together struggled and we had to give him our own parts to try to fix it. Now almost 2 weeks later wood is starting shrink revealing glued-on-part on top of headboard that is now peeling off. Also, the bed started to squeak when I turn in bed. Not sure if it’s because middle support leg by headboard is not attached to anything unlike most bed frame models and wood has shrank a bit . Overall, I would NOT recommend getting bed frame from this place.

Got a double pine bed frame from HighSun. The frame felt much sturdy than typical particle board or box store bed frame. Slats are wide and holes are pre-drilled for easy assembly. Also they will paint it any color you need. You get the paint. I have a purple fan at home, so purple it is !!!

Since I find the majority of mattresses on the market are way too soft, High Sun basically is the only place I shop for a mattress that's firm enough for my preference. The owners and the sales lady are very friendly and helpful. If you prefer firm mattress, give this store a try.

we came here to look for a king bed storage pull up. they don't have a king in the showroom bec it's taking up too much space. this is the only place that there have to pull up storage so we almost bought 1 here and the lady was willing to help.it's not really a very very clean place compared to lots of other places we check out to buy a bed frame from. but it's still a good place to just check out pull up beds that are a bit cheaper than the rest.

Got the sectional from this place because they look a little better than IKEA at the same price.Within the year we had issues with the spring cutting into the sponge, so the sales manager came on site to visit and offered to have the sofa services.Upon further inspection I noticed that these springs were in direct contact with the sponge foam and they need a nylon strip to spread out the pressure, otherwise the spring would cut into the foam in no time.I opted not to have the sofa serviced as I could do it better by inserting locking cardboards between the spring and the foam.The sofa is still usable after 3 years but the foam and cushion have worn down significantly so they are not as comfortable.Thumbs up for customer service and price but the build quality leaves something to be desired.I would recommend all their demo model to have the cover open underneath so they can be inspected for better reassurance of the build.
