Worse service in my life. Old lady has no manners, i will never come bag. We entered the shop, she didn’t say anything about how many people are inside. We were speaking of buying Celine bag when my baby started crying and she shouted at us saying that she can not work like this and said to leave as 3 people are only allowed in store. I will share the store name EVERYWHERE ASKING TO AVOID THIS SHOP!

arrived at the store at 525. store had closed sign up, door was locked but there was still a staff person inside arranging things in the cabinet. she chose to ignore me. Why ??

Was window shopping and my friend saw a pair of earrings. Lady wouldnt even let us in the store without a mask. Would have been happy to wear one if it was provided. Go to “Mine and Yours” if you want friendly service and better selection.

This shop has a feel of a grandma's China cabinet exhibition. It's mostly jewelry displayed awfully and a couple of bags all the way down at the bottom. People working there do not seem pleased with customers walking in at all nor do they say goodbye. There's a whole cabinet of items that can only be viewed from the outside which in -20 degree weather is a bit of an inconvenience for a luxury good store. Definitely won't be back.

My friend and I decided to visit a high-end resale shop that wasn't insanely too far from the hotel. Always fun to go to these places if you like to and find some unusual pieces. keep in mind that downtown Vancouver is really skyscrapers and few restaurants and cafes. Anywho, the resale store said it had all sorts of amazing things including clothing. When we arrived the shopkeeper opened up the door and gave us a mask close the door may just wait outside for a while and then reopened the door. All that was in there were handbags, scarves and jewelry. She just has some nice pieces but we were not interested. We chose this place because the reviews were decent.

This "shops" owner is the most idiotic person I have ever seen. Yells at you for coming in before putting your mask on, and is highly toxic. Go to any other store!

A dainty little shop with some very unique pieces. Purchased a beautiful ring and had a wonderful chat with the owner, really enjoyed my time in store. Worth stopping by if you’re in downtown Vancouver
