Herschel supply in Vancouver BC was a fun store to visit. Huge variety of suitcases, backpacks, bookbags. Large selection of modern travel gear. We especially loved the kids section.
The store is clean and welcoming. Stock is well arranged and interesting. Everything looks very well made.

Within hours of submitting my warranty claim, I received a gift card via email. Smooth and quick. Customer service was also super helpful and followed up via email to notify me my claim had been processed.

Customer service refused to handle a repair request. Reason: the item purchased on the Internet is a counterfeit.
