“As far as I'm aware, they're the only business in the city to service portable air conditioners, and when mine broke it was great to have an option. The technicians were prompt, helpful, and straightforward about pricing and timelines. There's no risk involved - if they're not able to fix the issue, they refund the cost. Well worth a try if you need an air conditioner fix or a new appliance from a trusted provider.”
“Just went in to see if I could find a screwdriver to help me return a Canada post item to make it smaller , not only did they help me fast and easy but they were so friendly and didn’t try to upsell or get any money out of me , like getting help from a neighbour and I will recommend this store and come back definitely

Completely made up. I was there. She kept calling that guy cheap from the moment she was told to keep her bag in the locker.
She even asked him that if he was the owner and when he said he wasnt then she told him to shut up. Plus the continuation of calling him cheap.
She literally acted like a racist karen.
The guy was polite as much as possible.”
“Very wide variety of items. Clean environment, well organized and very helpful staff. I finally ended up coming here because the other Tona was too small with limited variety of materials. This store also has a contractor section so I believe it’s the largest Rona.”
