I did my own laundry here while visiting Vancouver. Orlando is super nice and showed me what to do. They sold me the quarters I needed. Washers were fast and efficient.

Terrible customer service. I brought 5 sets of bedding sheets to be washed for $65 & they didn't even wash 1 of the sets at all but it was folded with rest of laundry as though it was washed when I picked up. When i brought it back, along with another 5 sets of bedding sheets to be washed, they argued with me for 5 minutes saying I was wrong and the 1 set of bedding was washed previously, even though it smelled like body odor and had washable marks on it still. When I picked up the 5 sets of sheets laundry the second time for another $65, they informed me they cannot wash any more bedding because the material is too difficult. These are microfiber sheets, so I'm very confused and disappointed in this very poor experience overall. Would not recommend this business to anyone!

This couldn't have been easier. Same day service, picked up within an hour of my original request and dropped off same day. Orlando was super helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Happy Laundry is the Best Laundry Service in Vancouver! We have used many services in the downtown Vancouver area and no one compares. The care and attention we get from every employee we meet is phenomenal. Orlando is fast with working with us when we run in to any laundry emergencies. Highly recommend. This is my go to laundry, great service and staff is very friendly, I’ve been to many different laundries but this one always exceeds my expectations. I cannot recommend it enough.

Came here at 11:30 a.m. on Monday. Clearly says they're open on Google Maps. I get here and it's closed and there's a sign on the door saying they're closed from 11:00 to 1:30 apparently. What gives? Don't you think you should mention that in your description or on Google Maps? I get very irked when businesses can't take 2 minutes to have the proper hours on Google Maps. Wasted a lot more than 2 minutes of my time, I paid for parking already, and a waste of gas. Sad laundry.
Also look at the super unprofessional reply to a reviewer who mistakenly thought he was charged an extra $10. It seems like a understandable mistake to me. But the owner goes off in a huge rant about how he doesn't need the customers $10, he also outs the customer's name in this lengthy, passive-aggressive rant. That comes off sooo unprofessional, just correct the customer and move on, but that's me.
