I love this store! It has everything you need for your cat and stuff you didn’t know you needed. They were super kind to let me use their washroom and you can see the epic Bon Jovi poster too! I got a laser pointer for my cats and they love it. While I was there the owner sang karaoke songs on this microphone she had? it was a hilarious visit!

It had everything I could have wanted for my cat, and more. The staff was lovely and very helpful, and there was an adorable cat visiting when I went as well. Could not recommend it enough - especially to get the worms on a string! (my cat is now on her fifth worm in three months... She's obsessed!)

How lucky we are that Happy Cats exists!! Major amount of products for when your cat is having a picky moment, unique toys to entertain and keep them healthy. By far, the best aspect is the staff. The knowledge, kindness and JOY they ALL possess is unparalleled. Have a kitty query? They’ll help you solve it. The enrichment of your cats life is their priority. Their professionalism and positive contributions to their community and the cat community have been a boon in mine and my ginger hooligans life.

If you have a cat, if you live in Vancouver or are visiting, this store has the best feline-specific food, toys, beds, litter boxes, you name it, and the staff, all cat servants, are knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. It was only in 2024 that I discovered it and now it is my favourite pet store. Just today, i was going to buy some Feliway pheromone and dispenser and a second bottle, when the employee suggested I just get the dispenser and single bottle to see how it worked out. That kind of helpfulness is why I continue to shop here.

The BEST cat-focused pet store I have ever been to! The staff here were SO helpful when my partner and I were about to bring home our first kitten. They love to give advice and really take their time to help you. And not just in order to sell things. Quite the opposite! They actually told us which products not to buy yet, so that we can wait to assess the character/ needs/ and preferences of our kitten. They also have an amazing assortment of high quality products, so I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Hands down this is my #1 favourite business in Vancouver. The staff are personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have great products, like the tofu litter, and Kittles, which is the only brand of treat that doesn't make my cat sick. They even have a cat shaped bike rack out front! Thank you Happy Cat for being so awesome!

I've had several issues with there delivery program and my order not being fully sent or the wrong items.
While the apologize for this its happened several times. Refund within a week of there own mistake. It doesn't seem like they worry about it as the messages back are always a "oops sorry about that".
I try to support local as much as possible but sadly will have to go back to getting my cat stuff from the big stores as I can't just not have my cats food or litter not show up when ordered.
Frustrated cat dad.

Uhm, wow!??? I love this store!
? While PetSmart, Bosley's, and pretty much every other pet food and supply shop I've been to caters to mainly dogs, with a decent selection of cat products, this store is specifically for cats. I didn't have to worry about being in the cat aisle because the whole store is the cat aisle!
?Can't comment too much on prices, but they seemed reasonable. And honestly as a small, local business they deserve our support over PetSmart!
?️ The selection for all the different kind of CAT products specifically surprised me. I've never seen this much cat stuff anywhere else. The usual PetSmart I go to has maybe half the amount. For example, this place has an entire wall of cat treats. I think a whole row dedicated to just Churu (maybe more).
Definitely go check it out if you have a kitty. Your little fur baby gonna thank you for sure.
