Very terrible experience over at this location. I asked the cashier for a gift receipt for a vest i purchased and the just through the receipt like he was discussed it. His attitude was very fake and terrible. As a store manager of a retailer would never want my employees to act or treat people like that ever.Very disappointed

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this store that I never had at any H&M store . The customer service I received was appalling. The counter girl with spectacle was incredibly arrogant, giving me instructions as if she were the boss of me, completely disregarding basic courtesy. Not once did she offer a please or sorry throughout the interaction. It's unacceptable to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner. I will definitely not be returning to this store.

Inconsistent sizes across color variations of the same product. If size X in color 1 fits then size X in color 2 shouldn’t be actually 1-2 sizes bigger.Also: Doesn’t make local store phone numbers available for direct dialing. You have to go through a main call center. A call that should’ve taken me 3min tops ended up taking 15 min including all hold times.

Yesterday on Family Day, I visited H&M at Pacific Mall. While shopping, I spent quite a bit of money on myself, and I also noticed some promotion for kids clothing buy two get one free,However, at the cashier, I was told that the items I chose were not part of the deal, which was confusing. Because I took the items where it was advertised. I asked the manager for clarification, but he was unhelpful and even made fun of me, which made me feel intimidated and uncomfortable.the manager was uncooperative. This led to an argument where he continued to mock me as I left the store, which was unprofessional and disrespectful.The manager, described as a tall, skinny man with tattoos and piercings, behaved inappropriately and I am disappointed in H&M for employing such individuals. I felt threatened and scared during this incident, and it has deterred me from returning to the store. I would appreciate it if the manager could address this behavior and provide an explanation for his actions. As a customer, I believe I have the right to ask questions and expect courteous treatment, especially when spending my hard-earned money.This experience was embarrassing, especially in front of my friend who is new to the country. While I didn't want to cause a scene at the time, I am considering documenting my next visit to the store and sharing it on social media to raise awareness. It is disheartening to receive such disrespect and rudeness while shopping, and it has left me feeling apprehensive about returning to H&M.
