Tony gave me a very fair rate to use this gym whilst on holiday and visiting friends, a great gym with more than enough equipment! 5/5 would recommend!

You should try GymBox if you haven't already. I've tried different fitness clubs for group classes, ranging from Fitness World to Orange Theory, but the atmosphere at GymBox is unlike any other. People there are down to earth, friendly, and helpful, not to mention, the membership is affordable in comparison to other brands.Coaches are experienced trainers.Coach Tylor Hill is knowledgeable. She rarely repeats any exercise and makes sure that you perform well and that your posture is always in proper form to avoid injuries, which I believe is very important. Her exercises target every muscle group, and you will notice a difference in your shape in just a few weeks.Coach Ali Al-ethawy is enthusiastic and eager to push you to your limits. He attends to the needs of each member of the class and ensures that your level of fitness keeps improving over time. His Athletic Performance class is a killer. He always smiles and has the same upbeat outlook as the other coaches.

Gymbox is a fantastic local neighborhood business and I've really enjoyed my workouts here since I started coming about a year ago. Owner Tony Huggins has created an awesome space with every piece of equipment you can think of — and then some. Gymbox also provides a very welcoming, nonjudgmental atmosphere which is a big plus in the personal fitness industry.

I have an annual membership at gym box since last year... i was off for the last 5 months and returned yesterday. It felt great to be back!I often do the group classes that offer a variety of times through out the day.There have been upgrades to the gym with added equipment. Washrooms have lockers and showers available. Very clean atmosphere.All the trainers have great energy and provide guidance and encouragement during class! I noticed improvements in my strength, form and overall physical/mental health from coming to class. Offer classes for targeting different areas. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, not an intimating place to work out. They offer personal training, classes or option to use facility to do your own trainingThere was a girl who took a class last night on Class Pass for the first time ,I spoke with her after and encouraged her to come back! I would recommend anyone of any fitness level to come to Gym Box.Thank you team at Gymbox!!

Been going here for many years. The staff are great, very friendly gym-rats here. Trainers are awesome!Price is a bit high though.Space is limited - but that also is why it's such a tight knit community.
