I bought Gucci Ophidia cross body mens bag 2 months ago and used only 3 times carefully, however quality is so bad that leather just flaked out and when I went to boutique to ask for service and confirm me for price, they took my bag and confirmed to reach me to check service charges confirmation in a week or two and its been a month with no feedback and when I called store they say status on the system shows “Waiting for customer feedback” and no one ever reached out to me. So the lady on the call confirmed to write email to the boutique to call me and its been two days no one reached out to me still. So pathetic quality product and above the pathetic customer service. The audacity of this brand I tell you. I recommend Gucci brand to please learn some quality and customer service from “Coach” I bought few bags from them and they have amazing customer service and quality. They even remember my name everytime I walkin and makes me feel welcome and above everything quality of product is just amazing. I will go to the boutique and take my bag and never ever buy gucci again.

I visited the store for a solution, but they didn't take responsibility for it. They quoted me around $150 and said it would take 5 to 6 weeks to fix. I got profiled based on my outfit and skin color. I’m a heavy duty mechanic making 4 times the amount their staff can withhold. Very unfortunate. Please re evaluate who you hire and your loss prevention team.

Great customer service! I gave 3-stars as when we first walked in for about 10min no sales person made an eye contact or acknowledged us. When customer walks into the store one must acknowledge the customer within 30-50 Seconds.

Came to change size for my sneakers brand new bought in a different country a week ago. They said need a receipt. Ok I got the receipt and went back the next day. They said that I need to go to the original Gucci store. Talk about wasting my time. Lol

I walked in and was immediately greeted by staff and the service was marvellous. Katerina was so awesome and attentive that I ended up leaving with a bag and a ring that I didn’t intend on buying that day haha

Terrible experience, purchased a wallet as a gift for Christmas, never used and tried to exchange it for a more expensive product. Was refused as it was over the 14 days policy. Would have been nice if that was mentioned and not just given a card that had the policy. Took my business to the Gucci store at the Fairmont and received amazing customer service.

If you visit Gucci women's store at HR, please look for Andy Tran. He will show you what EXCEPTIONAL service means. He is a very caring and genuine person. After shopped there once, I received a handwritten greeting card from Andy. During pandemic, Andy also sent wishing well emails. I could also stay home and buy from him. He was very patiently showing me the products through emails and texts. Andy also checked the products carefully before shipping them to me. You can also buy Gucci men's wear from him too. Strongly recommend!

I dont know the name of the person its either named shafin or shafen, old chinese lady. i think she is a customer advisor who works in the bag department. She is doesn’t know how to communicate and also provide me wrong product information, which is very nonprofessional. And also more than helping me she was busy talking to other advisors. I have visited this gucci store multiple times and her behaviour is always the same. I really hope the store manager gets to know about all this. I felt she is a bit old to work for a customer advisor. honestly speaking her behaviour was not tolerable at all. I am planning to report a file to gucci headquarters. Hope they take action against her and sent her back home before this Christmas#PLEASESUSPENDHERFROMWORK#SAYNOTOSHAFEN
