I have waited for 30 mins on the floor wanted to try on some shoes. And no one paid me any attention even I have asked for help. And the staffs said they will be back but never did. Very disappointed visiting the store and will never do it again.

Truly good customer service is rare these days. The people this past Saturday were all stand up and I appreciated that big time. An extra thank you to Shawna who just went above her roles to help me out. Also, the shoes are top quality, worth the investment.

Super great selection, but unfortunately extremely poor customer service… I’ve visited a couple times in the last month and each time I’ve felt like an extreme inconvenience to the employees for asking to try on a size…. at a shoe store….. they all just seem really unhappy to be there :( such a bummer

Thank you to sales associate Emma for helping me find some shoes for work. She went over styles and concerns I had, and gave great recommendations. Especially since my feet were between sizes and I was frustrated with myself. Emma was kind and patient with solutions!
I ended up buying a pair of Mary Janes and I am very happy with my purchase and the great, customer service. Thank you.

Buyer beware, these guys do not honor their return policies.
I *was* a regular customer with this store — easily spent over $2k over the past 2 years. The shoes are very expensive but I like the idea of shopping local and the shoe brands are generally high quality. Recently I bought a pair of $300 loafers which ended up being too large. When I tried to return the shoes I was denied even though I was well within their return/ exchange window and the shoes were still in great condition. The manager never came to speak with me, they sent one of their floor attendants to turn me away
I will not be shopping here again.

went for pick up my shoes ordered online, google says closed at 8pm, but its already closed at 7:45pm, my 45min gone to a waste, very bad experience.

I was visiting the city recently, and after a long day of exploring in the wrong footwear I realized I needed better shoes. I went into GravityPope and was helped by an absolutely delightful, knowledgeable, helpful young lady named Isabella. She helped me check out a few shoes and I ended up buying a fabulously comfortable pair of New Balance shoes! My feet are grateful! Thank you Isabella!!

I am very upset to make this review as I been buying shoes here for many years.
First I was rudely approached and asked if I needed a size I said yes. Still looking at shoes. She said the shoes are over there and left also having more shoes in my hand. No one else in sight to get me the sizes.
So I tried on the shoes no one around to check on me. Liked the shoes went to pay. Waited 15 minutes until someone came to the cash desk. I let her know how I felt. She didn’t really seem to care.
I would have walked out with probably 4 pairs of shoes worth over $2000. But I walked out with 1 pair at $190.
Wasn’t going to buy the shoes but I loved them. I’m really disgusted how the service at Gravity Pope went from top notch to none existent.

Great selection but bring a book. When the staff disappear to the back room they are gone FOREVER. Then they come back and they bring one shoe and it’s half a size wrong so they go back and disappear FOREVER.
