The familiar faces at 41st know their stuff. Always confirm before performing service, walk me through everything.

Ive been coming to this service center since 2014, and had always had good experiences. After telling the service manager that my A/C was making noise, and that it should be looked at - I was assured it could be fixed. Upon receiving the vehicle, we discovered the noise was not apparent - presumably fixed by something in general maintenance. It however was not fixed as it quickly became apparent that the A/C wasnt working. Replenishing the refridgerant myself immediately restarted the noise.
Despite my clues as to what was wrong, I cant believe the refridgerant pressure wasnt even checked.
I understand that their system was attacked by malware recently, and they're in the middle of constructing additional workspace, but thats no excuse for poor craftsmanship.
Im on the fence about returning, even after a decade of good service.

Blatantly negligent service this spring. Had my snow tires swapped and oil changed. Noticed a vibration front left as I drove away. Close inspection revealed the lug nuts completely loose, like finger loose. I manually tightened with tire iron then called it in. A tech came by and checked the work. The follow up from the service team was gas lighting, an upsell to an $1800 repair estimate and a promise for a follow up with the Service Manager, who a month later, has yet to follow up.
This place has chronically upsells with marginally required repairs. I might have given them another chance if the Service Manager had showed the least bit of interest in his service failure, but I'm done with this shop.

I was refused service for my new Toyota. What is going on.
I called to schedule my first service for the 2023 Rav4 that I received in the fall of 2023 and Granville Toyota service technician on the phone told me that " We can not help you." So now what, should I call Honda to service my Toyota. Please help.

I've been taking my cars into Granville Toyota for service as long as I've had Toyotas and the service is excellent. There is currently a warranty issue with my head unit that they tried to resolve as quickly as possible. The problem still persists even after they replaced the head unit. I trust that they'll provide the same level of excellent service as we follow-up with the issue.

I bought my car last Jan 2021, this is my second car I got at Granville Toyota. They offer currency dealer which I have $1,100.00. The sales person said there is no expiry of this currency dealer. The Finance department is insistent of selling the ECP( Extended Care Plan ) for maintenance and stated you can get your car serviced to any Toyota dealer. Now I found out that my currency dealer is zero. I was told by Doug , General Manager that I was not taking my car for service to their dealer and the currency dealer is just an incentive and in their policy it expires in 2 yrs! What is the point of buying ECP ? For the currency dealer? Granville Toyota they offer perks for you to buy car from them, but beware they can take it away without notice. They are not transparent about it. When I received the email about this currency dealer, it says " This unique program entitles you to redeem your Dealer Currency anywhere in our dealership at any point in time that works best for you" It didn't specify that it will expire! Do I recommend Granville Toyota? NO, they have to do better for their customers!!
