Highly recommend. Went in to get winter tires put on and one of my tires had a safety issue. Andy was vigilant to catch the issue and also prioritized my safety by informing me. As it wasn’t safe to drive on the tires were not changed. Andy and Rodger gave me advice for finding a replacement tire and also looked over my vehicle with me all at no charge. I will be returning here for all my future auto mechanic needs. I’ll also be having Andy inspect any vehicle I’m purchasing in the future. Overwhelmingly positive experience and trustworthy shop. Also offered the best price for tire change that I found from calling 10 plus auto garages. Thank you for the excellent service!

I can’t say enough about this repair store. It’s amazing!!My BMW x3 hasn't been serviced for a long time, which caused the indicator light on. I didn't make an appointment in advance, but when I arrived at their store, they immediately arranged time to do maintenance on me. The employee checked it and said the engine oil was too dark, so he helped me change it twice. While waiting, their manager Mark also told me a lot about car selection because I told him I will trade in my car. They are such a great team and the owner is a such warm and trustworthy person.All in all it was a very pleasant experience. sincere and honest I will come again thanks guysService: General repairs & maintenance

Mark and the team are top notch. For a shop based in Vancouver they are very fair with pricing and do not try to upsell you at every turn like most places. If anything they try to save you money where ever possible. They are always honest and up front before doing any work, amazing communication. They are also very consistent with time frames. I can’t say enough about Mark and his team. We were only in Vancouver for the weekend and on first day we had a significant issue with our vehicle. Mark made it a priority to help us and within a few hours it was all fixed. Service is not only efficient but his communication throughout was also very good. Would strongly recommend this shop for all your future vehicle needs.

Retro-review here but better late then never. My car had some water leak which caused pooling when it rains/snow. I called the shop as they were one of the few shops that can help with car water damage. Mark was able to diagnose my issue accurately over the phone and even invited me to come to the shop afterhour to help unplug the sunroof drainage for free as he thinks its minor enough to not warrant charging. Thanks so much again Mark!!

May. 3,2023I went to see Mark to ask why it seems like their shop close early or sometimes their not open. He informed me that their management is very understanding if an employee is sick, to take a time off and willingly to take a COVID test.I’m still happy with this place, their labour hour still $101.96 and I get a 10% off labor discount. So that is less than a $100 per hour. Mark was honest about their situation and I respect him for that.
