A really lovely woman (please note to the owner - is no fault of hers and she in fact gracefully turned the situation around) pinned my dress for hemming and I agreed to pay $35 plus tax for (very high amount for a simple job) but I agreed thinking it would be done to perfection. I just picked it up -the job was done to an average standard but still wrinkled (apparently ironing is not included)! Won’t go back.

A very welcoming experience as a new customer! ...Conveniently located in the heart of Kitsilano and there is easy parking right in the complex parkade....The staff and custom tailor are so friendly and very professional. Prices are reasonable as well.

Although it says on Yelp that this business is closed, it is still very much open. My guess is that they either haven't claimed the Yelp page yet, or they don't want to due to having to deal with Yelp constantly trying to sell them more services. In any case, this is my favourite cleaner in Vancouver for a few reasons: 1. They do excellent work, both with dry cleaning and alterations, I have always been very happy with their services. 2. Their prices are extremely reasonable, especially for alterations. 3. The women who work here are lovely and very friendly. I've gotten to know one of them a little bit and I always look forward to seeing her when I stop in. They are also conveniently located in Jericho Village Shopping Centre, which many not be the slickest place, but there are some other very useful stores there, so I can get several things done in one place. Big thumbs up for Good Morning Cleaners!

Have been taking my dry-cleaning here since before they moved from their West 10th location to Jericho Village. I have always had fantastic service with dry-cleaning and alterations, I would highly recommend them!

Went in today to get a suit cleaned. Was told it would cost more. Ok, I expected that. When I was told the price and seeing the screen with the price, it was double not just a little extra. A two piece suit and shirt cleaned for $67.00.

They have a refreshingly unique concept of time. I popped in Tuesday about 9:30 and was told that if I wanted something picked up Wednesday afternoon/evening then that counts as same day service and they charge double. 33 hours later is"same day" apparently.
They said their regular service takes three days, which means I could pick it up Friday afternoon. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday apparently that adds up to three days after an early Tuesday drop off. I used to think I was good at maths...

Dropped off a jacket for an alteration, and she provided the price and explained how it would be done. 4 days later it was ready to be picked up. She also quickly sewed a loose button on the coat I was wearing on the day of pick up. I'm very happy with the service, and will definitely be back!

They are my go to cleaners and have been for years. They are prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. It is hard to find all three in one place.
I have no idea who the other reviews are talking about because it is completely inconsistent with the polite, friendly service I receive every week. They even offer to help me take my cleaning to my car if the load is big.

I would not recommend this dry cleaners. I have never written a negative review before, I normally don't bother. However, I put my winter coat in to the dry cleaners and upon its return it had a tear in the front. It looked like a hanger had fallen and caught it. The lady insisted that it was a moth that had caused the damage. They also repair clothes but she didn't make it right by offering to do this.
I'm very disappointed and will now find a different local dry cleaners.
Can anyone recommend a good one?

I brought in a pair of ladies dress pants to be altered. They were beautifully hemmed and done in a timely manner. The service I received was very pleasant.
