I’m very happy with my experience at Fullhouse. We encountered a small issue with our Gus sofa, and the team was incredibly easy to communicate with. They helped us get the issue covered under the 10-year warranty. Our couch is nearly 9 years old, so having this coverage after so much use was a significant win and highlights the value of Gus furniture’s standard 10-year warranty. The level of service provided by Fullhouse definitely makes me want to do business with them again. Highly recommended!

I love this place!We were there last night looking at something we had shortlisted on their website. It was such a comfortable and informative time with the lovely salesperson Geet, she was available to us without being invasive, which is a truly balanced and harmonious approach to customer service. I had a few more questions today, so I called the store and had a wonderful conversation with Rory, who knew all the answers and was very personable and fun to talk with---overall a very positive experience! Thank you both for being so friendly, professional, clear in your communication, and most of all welcoming!

I had such a great experience shopping at Fullhouse! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they really helped me find the perfect pieces for my home. They have a great curated collection of modern furniture that's both stylish and functional. I highly recommend checking them out!

I think the store is fine but very pricey .Some of the pieces are very nice .I do however feel the GUS MODERN stuff has quality issues and I would not ever buy their stuff again . I kind of find GUS modern better than IKEA but when I factor in price I would probably go IKEA due to the quality .

I’m with the last two reviewers . The store isn’t great , the staff are arrogant and unhelpful as per their last two replies to constructive criticism and the GUS MODERN brand is way over priced and has significant quality concerns in my eyes .Please try to do better and lose the attitude !

E mailed in some high end mcm collector items for my grandmother that was a collector. They offered what 1 chair was worth for 11! They clearly are looking to take advantage of people who don't know the worth of their items. Go elsewhere there are many other great stores in Vancouver. I will not shop or support this company.

I was so sad that the owner was so incredibly rude, especially after spending an absurd amount of money (not that it should make a difference). The sales staff was great and the selection was great. But I now go to North Vancouver to buy all of our furniture, ie Ethnicraft.

Terrible business, doesn’t return phone calls or doesn’t listen to customers requests. They don’t help with product part requests or only provide minimal assistance with product repairs. When they do help, they get it wrong and blame the customer.

I’ve always wanted to purchase a furniture from here. Recently we ordered a 4K bed after tax. Paid half in deposit, and was told maximum waiting period 4 weeks.1.5 months later we followed up asking when can we expect the bed, was told that they were so busy dealing with mis-shipped part that they forgot to tell us about it. I reluctantly told them we sold our 2 double beds and was waiting for this bed. And asked for some kind of discount to compensate. I was told I can cancel the order if I could not wait any longer.So with a sad heart I did cancel , I can’t say I was happy with the whole experience, but it’s COVID time, everyone has an excuse. I hope one day I’ll see something in the shop that I love so much I’ll buy it on the spot, instead of waiting for shipping. Sorry for 2 stars. Hope next time can be 5 stars.
