The greatest location in Vancouver!! Freeman, the best cellular representative I’ve had the pleasure of seeing, was a massive help today. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was very personable and friendly as well. He made our experience fun and enjoyable. He ensured everything went smoothly and gave great advice. Will solely be visiting this location from now on and I recommend others to turn to him for all of their phone related needs. The customer service was exceptional, as the sales agent name, Freeman kept me updated throughout the entire process when I had encountered the service interruption for my phone line a couple days. He support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Freedom Mobile located at Pacific Center downtown Vancouver was outstanding.
