I recently ordered a new iPhone and watch from Freedom Mobile, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I’m 100% satisfied with the support I received and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for top-notch service!

Fantastic service!! Shahram went above and beyond to assist me when I visited this store about upgrading my phone. He helpfully answered all my questions and also found me a more affordable and better valued monthly plan. He also made sure that I was able to successfully transfer all data from my old to new phone, and switch from physical to eSim. Many many thanks for friendly and personable customer care!!!

I’ve been with Freedom for over 5 years now and they offer great low prices that other companies charge twice as much for! If you are using someone else definitely check Freedom and see the deals your missing out on!

My girlfriend and I came down to this Freedom location to upgrade our phones. We were helped by Shahram and Alice. They were both wonderful. They were very patient and took time to explain everything to us, make sure we were on the right plans, and helped us transfer everything over. They went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a new phone or anything phone related I HIGHLY recommend these two.

Exceptional Service at Freedom Mobile!Last week, I visited the Freedom Mobile store to take advantage of their Black Friday deal on the new iPhone 15. The experience was nothing short of remarkable, thanks to the staff, particularly the gentleman who assisted me.Right from the start, his customer service skills shone brightly. He greeted me with a friendly smile, immediately making me feel welcomed. His professionalism was evident in the way he efficiently handled my queries while maintaining a personable approach. What really stood out was his patience; he kindly waited as I took my time to consult my wife over the phone, ensuring we chose the best options and services that suited our needs.His dedication to providing excellent service was clear. He was quick to offer insights about the iPhone 15, which helped me make an informed decision. Despite the Black Friday rush, he made sure I didn’t feel rushed or pressured.In a world where good customer service can be hard to come by, this experience was a breath of fresh air. Beware - DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! This is a dealer store (franchise) - go to freedom on Thurlow or Kingsgate Mall, those are corporate stores… this particular store I had a terrible experience with… they ran the credit check on me without asking for my permission… they didn’t even find my account in the system.. had they done it they would’ve seen that I was pre approved by freedom for new devices, they didn’t even need to do a credit check… I went to the kingsgate mall freedom store and those guys really did well! They added all available promos and more to get me a great deal + they stayed late past their store closing time to finish processing my account and new devices… please do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this shady robson street freedom store. I hope their owner or corporate see this review and take action!

Exceptional Customer Service at Freedom Mobile Robson St!My wife and I were on the brink of canceling our Freedom Mobile service due to a disappointing experience at the Kitsilano branch. However, our experience at the Robson St. location completely changed our minds.The staff at Robson St. went above and beyond to assist us, providing top-notch customer service. Sahram and Alexi, in particular, were amazing. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about resolving our concerns. Their dedication and professionalism convinced us to continue using Freedom Mobile.We’re grateful for the outstanding service we received at Robson St., and it’s made us loyal Freedom Mobile customers once again. I went in to change my number said to phone customer service and could be done by them.,went to metro town way better service they helped me, only took few minutes and was out of there!! So I will not recommend the one on robson

Don't get freedom pls don't buy your self a headache. Costumer service is so bad so bad they just charge and won't listen to you at allDon't go freedom it's really bad bad badI am having issue with the line it's not fix and yet they are charging me every month without fixing the issue.Basically I have no service and I am paying
