not everyone is tech savy, i am a boomer and i use my phone for the basics, calling,texting,email, and a tiny bit of internet info, so i would like to say to the jerk i dealt with today that he needs to lose the belligerent attitude, if i could figure out my phone probs on my own i would not have gone to that store, i have been a loyal Freedom customer for many years, maybe it's time to go back to Telus

I am a regular visitor to the Robson & Thurlow branch in Vancouver over many years.
Every time Jackie Zhou and Benson (unknown last name) provide me the best service. They are welcoming,attentive and have great communication skills. Instead of making quick sales, they were interested in offering genuine help and demonstrate great knowledge about the products to help me find the most suitable phone and plan. After sale,they continue to display patience and a willingness to answer questions and resolve problems.
When I was purchasing a new phone, Jackie went the extra distance to locate and arrange the purchase at the promotion price of earbuds which were not in stock at his location.
I am impressed with the positive attitude of Jackie and Benson. They make customers feel honored and valued.
I will continue visiting this store and I will continue recommending it to others.

I recently visited this Freedom Mobile store and was extremely disappointed with the service. This experience has left such a negative impression that I am seriously considering switching to a different mobile service provider.

Worst Service ever. Gave me incorrect information and then told me to contact their customer service line instead. They didn’t even try to help me. I went to Pacific Centre Freedom booth instead and they were able to help me for the same issue. The one on Kingsway and King Edward was also able to help me a few weeks ago for similar issue, I don’t understand the inconsistency.

Benson was really kind and helpful. He offered me different options for phone plans and very knowledgable. It was the best service i have got in Freedom.

Don’t go here, if you need help with anything go to the kiosk in the pacific centre. The customer service there is a million times better

Beware of this guy called Justin at this store. Very cunning and will dupe you for a few bucks.I actually tried to get the boxing week offer of 34$ online but after several attempts it was failing. That was the only reason I had to go to store and while I was getting connection I asked him several times if there will be any additional charges or one first bill and he said no nothing. But then I got the agreement through mail it mentioned connection fee. So, I went back to the store and he says I did not specifically ask for connection fee.I do not disagree with him but why would you not mention connection fee when I am asking several times about additional charges.I will leave for you to decide who is right but for me he is a very bad representative.

The in-store service, while good, was soured by the exceptionally bad support after signing up. We all experience poor service on an occasion, but this - I'm in awe.Hours of being on hold on each of several attempts to get help, one dropped call, and online chat service that takes 12+ hours to respond (if at all)... only to then close the chat before I had a chance to reply.Four days and many hours on the phone later, I still have not had a chance to talk to anyone at Freedom about my issue.So yeah, at this point, I'm well past being mad... I'm simply in awe. A support system this understaffed and this dysfunctional can only be described as beautiful ?
