I had an amazing experience at Formula Fig! Jodi did a fantastic job with my facial, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Highly recommend!

I went for the all in facial, however I came out with yesterday’s mascara still under my eyes so I don’t know how the facial actually helped or at the bare minimum should have cleaned my face properly.

As I had heard good things about this establishment, I had received a gift card from a friend and decided to book after months of needing a hydrafacial as my skin was dry, congested, and needing a refresh. I came in after a long day and was greeted warmly and enjoyed the hydrafacial itself. Although the commentary that I received during the hydrafacial was absolutely the reason I will never return.She told me probably about 4-5 times (I wish I were exaggerating…) that I needed more hydration in my skin which just became annoying at that point. Which I get it, my skin is sensitive from the dry winter and my previously damaged skin barrier that is still healing, but this was excessive.Then she proceeded multiple times either trying to convince me to purchase the membership, or purchase products from the establishment. This was my first time visiting and I had explained that I had a gift card, and that I am a student whom gets semi-regular facials in my hometown, usually paid for by my mother. They then tried to tell me that I should get facials here in Vancouver at their establishment as it is “more convenient for me”, again, trying to sell the membership.After the 15 minute mark I was honestly just waiting to pay and leave, but my skin really needed to be refreshed and I had already made my way there after a long day. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier or what, but anyways, I digress. Felt very in-genuine and just a business trying to make money. Do not go here if you want a relaxing experience, they will just try to sell product and a membership to you.

I recently experienced an incredible facial at Fig Formula, and I can't praise it enough! The moment I stepped in, the serene atmosphere immediately put me at ease. Vivian was not only friendly but also exceptionally attentive, making me feel like a valued guest. The facial itself was nothing but amazing – my skin felt rejuvenated, and the hydration was evident. Vivian was attention to detail, and she had left some recommendations for my extremely dry skin! From the moment I entered to the moment I left, every aspect of my visit was met with excellence. I highly recommend Vivian for anyone seeking not just a facial but an overall exceptional Fig experience!

We are dealing with them for over 10 mouths “ stolen “ or saying “ unauthorized “ charging on my “ confirmed -paused membership without actually customer getting any service till today I accidentally figured it out ( yes! In this part my fault!) …. I am looking forward to seeing what will happen next step and would love to share more with the people who are lucky to know more about thus company ???

Awful service, low quality Botox and now requiring $150 minimum service. Very disgusted with service and application. Save your money and go literally anywhere else in the city.

Lauren Mcleod and Kai (I believe her name was) were absolutely wonderful. I came in for the hydrate and glow today, and left feeling confident in my skin :)As someone dealing with hormonal acne, I was really pleased with the attention to detail Kai provided. she provided amazing education about my current skin barrier and product recommendations. she was gentle but effective and allowed for the deep pore cleaning I was looking for.will be returning <3

I had the best experience at Formula Fig in Kits. Everyone is so friendly & welcoming and the space is beautiful. The facial itself was incredible and my skin looks and feels amazing now. I will 100% be back!

Great spot! First time getting a facial and it was heavenly. Kai was very informative and friendly. She explained everything thoroughly and I felt like I learnt so much in 30 minutes! The memeberships are a great idea and I am thrilled to have signed up. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Kai!

APDManager called me and asked to give a review in 2weeks (after everything should set on a face).So… I still have a wrinkle between eyebrows. Wrinkles around one eye successfully blocked second one - no. This is disaster. When I am smiling one part of face moving another - no. It’s completely ugly and weirdFirst sign that something wrong with this place - a manager couldn’t made an appointment. She made it to different branch, then it took 2 hrs to make it for Kits brunch and she confirmed me as a new client I will get a 15% discount for any procedure.Next not good sign - it’s really not very clean space. If you make any manipulations with needles I expect it’s super clean like in hospital but no… everywhere is fingerprints etc…which made me stressful.A doctor made me a bit calmer, she looked and sounded professional so I decided to make a botox for two zones instead of only one.It wasn’t painful at all which made me feel she made not enough units or not deep enough. On my questions why (it’s not my first ever procedure so I know how it should be) doctor answered all is good. I will see first signs of results in 3-5 days.So I made botox Sep15 still zero result. I feel that I just waisted ~300cadWhen I was paying… they refused to give 15% welcome discount. Only after my complaining I got it. It took around 15 min to get a check. Actually I took an ipad and figured out what’s wrong in system by myself… a manager couldn’t finish a payment. ?♀️In general- very bad experience and waisted huge amount of money. Highly not recommend. I have big doubts that I have any drop of botox in my face. Pic is attached
