Their small "footprint" belies the immense expertise and the value that all their staff add to the customer experience, even if or especially if you have problem feet or back issues.

By far the best place to get shoes & insoles in Vancouver if you have... unconventional shoe requirements. I finally have a place to buy shoes that actually fit my feet. Also, very helpful and accommodating staff.

I’ve been going to Foot Solutions for about 16 years now and they always provide excellent customer service. Christian and Tim are very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to make sure I’m happy with my orthotics and shoes. I highly recommend Foot Solutions on West Broadway in Vancouver! I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my foot care.

After suffering for several weeks for the first time from a sore right foot which I had self diagnosed as plantar fasciitis, I made an appointment with Tim Smith from Foot Solutions on Broadway. After spending over an hour with me and my foot, including various walking and pressure point tests, Tim determined I did not have plantar fasciitis after all. Instead he told me it was Cuboid Syndrome, something I had never heard of before but it made sense once Tim observed my symptoms and ruled out other issues. He then helped me find a pair of suitable athletic shoes for my feet with the proper support I needed. In addition, he customized a pair of orthotic insoles for my right foot for my new shoes. Incredibly, after wearing these shoes, I have already noticed significant improvement in my foot. The pain is much, much lessened and sometimes not noticeable whatsoever. I am very thankful for Tim's knowledge and expertise as well as his pleasant, patient and kind demeanour. I would recommend anyone with foot issues to make an appointment at Foot Solutions on Broadway for you will not regret it. With much gratitude, Anna.

I have been a customer at Foot Solutions Vancouver for more than a decade and hope to continue for the next decade. They are the only place I will buy shoes, even though it takes me an hour to get there by car.
