I discovered Flow Smart Living + Interiors via their Instagram account. From first contact to arranging an in-person meeting the service was thoughtful and seamless. Lana was my point of contact, design consultant and problem solver. We had a great initial meeting, she reviewed the townhouse, took measurements then we discussed what an appropriate look and feel would be, how many rooms would require staging, along with timeline. Her professionalism, sensitivity, guidance and design sensibility definitely made me feel that we were in good hands. The day of staging, she came with her team on time and transformed the canvas into a dream. All the furniture selected were well appointed, and made the home inviting and spacious. She told me the goal is always to charm potential buyers within moments of their arrival. We happened to list our home just when open houses were banned due to COVID, we were so concerned as the property had only been on the market for 1.5 days. But one of those visitors put in an offer 3 days later, the sale was confirmed shortly thereafter. If I had to do it all over again, I would not hesitate to call up Flow Smart Living + Interiors.

I worked with Chelsea. She was wonderful to work with. In less than 2 weeks from my initial phone call, she had my home beautifully staged, replacing furniture, carpets, pictures, artwork, decorations and even towels. It sold on the second day of viewing. Great Job !

Very unethical management, very toxic and aggressive when trying to discuss business. When I asked about return policy they simply said, no returns no negotiation in a very rude manner, would not recommend to take your business here.
