We needed to ship a small package to one of our partner companies across town. From North Vancouver to Vancouver. Not wanting to tie up one of our staff, we thought the easiest thing to do would be to send by courier.We found Flash on line, through a Google search. And the feedback seemed pretty positive.Well, I was not disappointed! From the first call right through to them sending me my receipt, the service has been outstanding.Highly recommend.

Nicole was extremely helpful for me during a stressful situation. We had a time sensitive and awkward delivery (pair of skis) that needed to go from downtown to North Van. She calmly and efficiently took my details around 1PM and the item was securely delivered by 5PM. They sent a confirmation of delivery and when I called the recipient confirmed. It was about $90 but the cost was worth it as they alleviated all the stress of my afternoon. Thank you Nicole and Flash Team!!

Terrible customer service. The person at the front immediately got short with me and started muttering things under his breath when he was getting my package (guess he was too scared to say it to my face). When he got my package he said he could not give it to me because my home address on my ID did not match the business address on the package. AVOID THIS PLACE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. OLD MISERABLE GRUMP WORKS THERE

We are a medium sized business in Vancouver BC, I've been using Flash Courier for close to 17 years. I don't use them a lot. But you know how work is, sometimes when you need something shipped it's the most important thing in the world. They have always been super reliable even though I have not always properly packaged my items. Let me assure you I've shipped some odd sized / shaped items from very large to tiny. Not once in 17+ years have I ever been disappointed. It is such a huge advantage when I can just make a phone call and trust that all aspects of my deliveries are taken care of. Every now and then, I have a special request / procedure / location / person to meet and they are always happy to help me out. Their phone operators are prompt, kind and courteous. This is just a well run organization. I highly recommend Flash Courier for your business shipping needs.

Incapable of coming during a set timeframe as promised. I’m so over bad, inefficient, overpriced services. The economy is going down the tubes and the businesses that can’t keep up with service standards will not last. Covid and short staff can’t be an excuse forever and if it is that’s fine, I’ll take my business elsewhere or just avoid the stress from them.
