I don't know why it takes so long repair the equipment and machines, the abductors one has been in maintenance for a month. It seems this center doesn't care to the company, it takes equipment out, and don't realize how important is for income this location, for example the one in Campilano Mall is bigger and everything is repair immediately but that center is always empty, you should take care about this one.

This is what it is, it’s a fitness facility, it has everything you need to get a workout in, your not going to find a lot of HUGE, workout types here or the yelling and grunting in others where bodybuilding is the main focus but it is a good gym to get a “fitness” type workout in.

I have canceled my membership for more than a month, yet they have been charging my account with different amounts. I tried calling but they kept referring to the policy where they still charge you for the next month after you cancel which makes no sense and I do not recall them saying that to me!! I asked to talk to a manager and they just left me on hold and nobody picked up the phone.

I would highly recommend. Clean, good vibes, and Thora is one of the best gym managers I have seen. She is professional, friendly, hard working and is respectful towards everyone!

I forgot things in the washroom and always got stolen, the employees told me they’re gonna check the cameras but they never did it, if you choose this gym keep your phone all the time with you cause it seems people it’s very curious about the stuff of others

very poor customer service from the company to the front staff manager. not friendly, defensive, even though I was not blaming her. I had signed my friend up online from my checking account. I received a welcome email, then a big snow storm delayed me going down. I received emails everyday that they will charge me 25$ each time the payment fails. we had not even went to the gym. We feel scammed, and are very disappointed from their money grabbing policies. I am going to review on other sites. if they apologize, not being defensive about their policies, and not caring about customer satisfaction.

They don't answer phones during open hours. Called multiple times during open hours and they let it go to voicemail every time.
