The staff were very friendly, but the item I wanted was out of stock. They suggested I could buy it online and have it delivered to my home, so I wouldn’t have to make another trip. I informed them that I would be leaving Vancouver soon and needed to ensure that I received the product before my departure. After checking, they assured me that I would receive it before I left, as my timeline was sufficient for shipping. However, on the day I was leaving, I still hadn’t received my item, so I called to inquire. Although it was difficult to reach the right department, I eventually got a response stating that there was an issue with my order, and they only placed it again while I was on the phone. I was speechless. The fastest shipping option would take two days and required me to pay for expedited shipping. Even if I paid, it wouldn’t arrive in time for me to receive the product I ordered. If they had informed me a few days earlier, I could have gone to the store or purchased it elsewhere. If I hadn’t called, would I have just been left waiting indefinitely? I don’t understand where the error occurred, and no one explained or apologized to me. This purchasing experience was truly disappointing.

This store uses a logistics company Zipply to deliver orders in Vancouver. A parcel came with a label that included not only my name and address, but also my email and phone number. I did not give my consent to put all these pieces of my personal info on the label and share it with the logistic company. Moreover, the parcel was left at the front door making my personal data available to a stranger.

Whenever I visit Finlandia always has what I want. They have a tremendous selection of vitamins and supplements and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed as i went out of my way to come to this pharmacy thinking it is the “natural” option of supplements only to realize that they sell the same stuff as everyone else. Very disappointed that many of there iron supplements contain red40 and other red food colorings that are banned in other countries for being toxic.

the pharmacist working today is extremely extremely rude and so was one of the staff who connected me to him... there is no need for your extra lingo talking to a customer the way you both did the way you probably talk to your loved one at home. so unprofessional, i am not your punching bag. i asked simple questions and you were both extremely rude. i will not be coming back.

Really bad. Staff doesn't know the differece between a cold sore and a canker sore. Tried to perscribe aloe for a canker sore and couldn't get at orajel. Basically a supplement store. Might as well go to a witch doctor or a shaman. Some rattling bones and snakes blood would at least be entertaining?

Appalling customer service.I have gotten my herbals from Finlandia for years. The owners have cut back on staff and no-one will return messages or phone calls, due to no staff.The owner’s could have cared less about my complaint, so I have taken by business to Gaia Garden. I would recommend everyone moves their business to Gaia Garden as they actually answer the phone and care about their customers.

I like the store and their products.... However, I always need to work so hard to get the attention of their staff... Today, in particular, I actually felt invisible to them ..it took an hour to find my through the store... they weren't even busy... finally, when I had my items on the table and after waiting for at least 10 min to pay, one of the staff so rudely ignored me and prioritized anthother customer and let her pay first without even apologizing... It was so obvious that the customer apologized to me twice for the staff's rude behavior... I will not set foot in that store again...in retrospect, I wish had walked out and shopped there after this rude behavior...

This was my first time visiting this pharmacy and I am blown away by the friendly staff at this store. Maybe I came on a lucky day, but everyone seemed very nice and knowledgeable and happy to offer service. It’s rare to see good customer service these days and their small gestures really go a long way. My prescription was filled and I was in / out in less than 20 mins. In addition, this store also had an extensive selection of great make up, health foods and brands to choose from. I will be back for more. Thank you!
