Yen (store clerk) is such a wonderful worker, he stayed open about 20 mins past just to ensure that I could download google maps, what wonderful customer appreciation!
Yen also gave me discounts on my items I purchased, he was very kind, a great person!
I highly recommend this location!

I came to the store yesterday. It wasn’t super busy. Immediately, I was greeted by Joanna and Yan. At first, I wasn’t sure what kind of plan I should get and the staff were so thorough with explaining different plans and offers that best fit my needs. Finally, I was able to choose the plan I needed. Thank you to Joanna and Yan for providing the best customer service. I definitely recommend visiting this place. Kudos Rogers!

This store is a JOKE!!!
Called in the store to ask if they have inventory available and they said yes.
We showed up and the sales associate RUDHAYA started yelling at us and claimed that she can not sell us the phone because the owner wanted to sell it to a friend.
When we asked to speak to the store manager YAN she said he is asking to call tomorrow and see if he can help. Then she claimed that the area manager, HARMAN CHAN called her and asked her not the sell the phone, when we requested the speak to the store manager or the area manager she said no and threatened to call the cops on us.
She asked us to leave saying she has work to do when she was the one who made us wait 30 min in store and helped everyone ahead of us and when the time came to help us she asked us to leave.

We encountered disorganized service during our visit. Despite deals being clearly displayed on the windows, including a no activation fee offer, we had to bring it to the sales representative's attention. She only applied it after we reminded her, when it should have been communicated to us upfront. Additionally, she failed to mention the student deals until we specifically asked.
After everything was set up, we were surprised to see an activation or service charge appear on our bill a week later. When we contacted Fido, they directed us to the agent, and when we reach to call, we were told they were busy. We have other commitments and this situation has been both frustrating and time-consuming.
