Absolutely rude staff and terrible communication. Ordered a phone online, chose to pick up at this store, got an email "expect 2-5 business days". Called 2 weeks later to ask about my order and how long I have to wait. The employee who talked to me said that they don't have a phone, they don't know when it will be, and in general it's not the store's problem that the online system gave me the opportunity to choose their store to pick up the order. I asked why I had not been contacted to tell me this, I was told "This is not a store issue, we do not cooperate with online orders". Then I was told "Call customer service and tell them we don't have that phone in store". I'm sorry, what? I'm the store employee and it's my responsibility? I was rudely told that it was not their problem and they don't have the phone. I was then advised to go to another store in person and pay an additional $70 to activate the phone elsewhere.
Absolutely unprofessional, when the phone will be they do not know, can not cancel the order, can only be rude.
I ask the management to pay attention to the way your employees communicate and to the fact that they recommend customers to do their job.

My difficulty (getting my number ported from other company to Fido) was finally solved, in person, by Hridaya at the Fido Store on Broadway at Cambie. She found the solution I needed after three different Fido customer service people were unable help me over the phone. Thank you Hridaya for the fast and courteous service!
