Huge thanks to Annie for her amazing customer service! Annie went above and beyond to help me with to upgrade my phone quickly to meet an last-minute deadline, as well as came up with insightful solutions for my unqiue situation, helping me resolve any obstacles that came up along the way.
She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products, how to optimize current promotions, and kindly explained everything to me throughout the entire process. I am so happy with my new phone and plan. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Annie is the best! She is friendly, knowledgeable and fun. I recently moved to Vancouver and ran out of data. She carefully understood my problem and suggested a perfect solution, upgrade my plan for the short-term and downgrade it once I have home internet. I came in a second time and asked for her, same experience! She helped me with a strange matter with my building manager telling me my mobile area code of my new number 672 is not Vancouver an couldn't be registered to my apartment! Annie proved it was and we got proof plus she said for him to call her. Thanks for your patience and help Annie it means a lot to a newcomer!

I was greeted by Annie when I came in. Immediately she was very warm and very helpful. She spoke clearly and knowledgeably and was able to inform me about all my queries one after the other. Would definitely recommend calling into this store to get help from her with any issues you’re having with your phone/plan.

Came in to just check my trade-in options and ended up getting an amazing deal on the new Samsung S24! Ash was so awesome and explained everything so well! I was blown away because at a different location, they had said my trade-in value was 75 dollars, but here they had a promo on and valued it properly!! So impressed with these guys!

He explained everything in full and clear detail and walked me through all the steps of transferring my phone plan over from my partner’s account, to my own. He even went as far to provide me with an option to avoid the transfer fee, literally went out of his way. I got a more data and faster Internet for the same price. Lee went above and beyond and I truly appreciate the service I got. A great customer experience, thank you!

I had great service here from Ahmed. This is the Fido Flagship store but they now also serve Rogers customers. I purchased a new phone and plan from Rogers the night before and asked for same day pickup of my phone which usually means within 1-3 days. Less than 12 hours later I walked out of the store with my new phone and new plan set up thanks to Ahmed who was very efficient, professional and friendly. You've won yourself a new customer - great customer service experience and I really like my new phone on a fast 5G network! Recommended!
