I got an email from a downtown Vancouver shop saying they're having a sale, and I ordered two items at the sale price. But the shop canceled the order immediately after they had received my order. It seems like they don't intend to sell at the sale price in the first place and are trying to trick you into buying at the non-sale price. Twice I paid for the sale price and ended up being canceled too!

The shop advertised a discount by email to its customers like they did three years ago, even though it had no intention of selling it at a sale price. And when I ordered at the sale price, it was immediately canceled or there were problems such as delayed delivery, so I couldn't buy any product at the sale price. It was very fraudulent and not worthy of the brand's reputation.

Poor customer service. The guy gave me wrong info over the phone even after consulting with someone else in the store. I drove 30 kms to the store only to hear that the info given was wrong. I needed to get my new belt (purchased online) fixed. No apologies were given by the staff and they seemed less than interested to help. They just kept saying that we don’t have the tools to do this here. Also, the lady at the store without asking me started taking off the plastic wrapping off the belt I had purchased, which I wanted to keep at the time.I did end up buying something else at the store just because I liked the merch. But I wouldn’t like to return to this store again.

Went to the store 8 minutes before closing and asked if they are open the next day (BC day) as I thought the staff already prepared to close the store but this lovely lady still offered to help me. She let me tried the slippers, and stayed at the store past closing time. I truly appreciate the kind service. I am very happy with my purchase. It was my first time shopping at Ferragamo and would definitely come back and check their other items.

Terrible online shopping service. Ferragamo kept saying shipment was delayed as they were transferring from another warehouse. 2 months later they say they will finally ship and charge my credit but they provide no tracking number and their customer service has no idea where the shipment is. Nor are they able to refund the charge. It's been 2 weeks since they charged my credit card and still no merchandise and no refund. Spare yourself the headache and don't buy from them.

Vicky was phenomenal in helping with my purchase. Intuitive about my hesitation with certain items and patient as we explored different ones until finally landed on the perfect option for me. Maintained great communication while it shipped from Toronto and was in for alterations. Can’t recommend her enough!
