I was forced to pick up a package here that was shipped to me by FedEx, after the FedEx delivery person lied and said that they attempted to delivery it to me. While the experience of picking up the package was fine, and the staff are friendly, I shouldn't have needed to have come here in the first place. If you want your recipient to deliver their own packages, then go ahead and use FedEx to send your package. If you actually want it to go to their homes, try another carrier.
