Refused to take package. What a hassle and waste of time and effort

Didn't realize my package was there, gave me someone else's tracking number, sent me to another depot 2hrs away only for it actually to be right there.. dumb

No packaging services (no boxes, no printing labels) on site – weird. Also, they told me that it's cheaper to do all-filling-forms-job online and drop off the parcel.
