Utterly useless. They don't accept more than one parcel at a time when redirected the delivery driver to this location. They wanted to charge me extra. What's the point!?

Needed to pick up a package there, and they had it before the time on my door tag, and it was easy. Nobody in the place really. Masks ubiquitous. Fine with me.

If I could give them negative reviews I would: no masks on delivery drivers nor clerk nor customers. No social distancing. No organization system for packages. This place should be out of business. My suggestion: boycott any package held there. And boycott Purolator who are part of the problem.

It seemed to take a long time to prepare a FedEx shipment to the US. They had basic distancing and put on masks when requested. No hand sanitizer available.
