I will never use Fedex for the rest of my life.They failed to ship the parcel to my place 4+ times (i have never had an issue with shipping in my life and I have lived at my place of 3 years now).They then shipped the item back to the seller without contacting me.Such a terrible experience.

Ignored the Fedex client account number I provided in a very big font and tried to charge me. Then told me that my client's account number didn't exist in the system. I called my client in New Jersey and they confirmed it was right. Finally 10 minutes later these guys retried the same account number I provided and found it with no apology for their mistake and wasting my time.

Awful service. The person who gives you the FedEx packages has a horrible attitude. He has no manners, and he keep insisting in asking what’s in the package. Is none of his business.Note: You do not have to tell the attendant what’s inside your package to be able to retrieve it.
