Dropped my return e bike at FedEx Burnaby BC warehouse on June 7 and the return item was sitting there for at least 5 days until I called to ask why they didn’t ship then they told me they didn’t ship it because it contained battery. Yesterday (June 24) , FedEx called me to pick it up otherwise they will throw it to their dumpster due to the return item was still there to long. That is the service I received from FedEx and it is very painful experience

Fedex is literally the worst. They literally refuse to even try to deliver it. I’m going to not buy from a company if the only shipper is fedex. Every f’in time it a nightmare.

Worst delivery carrier in canada hands down . Zero accountability. Zero customer service. I used them to get a delivery done for a TV. Making it a high value item. It was told it would be delivered on Tuesday but here i am told the package is delayed cause I'm not home . Its Friday now and iv been home for 4 days straight waiting for them to call the buzzer. Each day they dont bother coming up to the buzzer or call. Instead everyday they tell me the driver rang the buzzer thou we have a camera as well as a log of who buzzes us at home . What kind of delivery service are they even running here in canada . Should be ashamed when they charge so much and dont even want to make an effort to rectify the situation . The worst and stay away . I would give them a zero if i could .

I can not enough agree with other customers and don't understand, why FedEx is still in business. I was waiting for my delivery .. no idea why Amazon picked this terrible company. I am working from home and there was for sure my buzzer number on the packet if the driver even showed up. Got a call, that I have to pick up somewhere a kilometer away if there is in walking distance a location from FedEx. No other chance than to put a claim in and the packet will probably go back to the sender because I am not able to pick it up without a car and I don't pay for a bus if it should be a free delivery, what never happens? FedEx sucks.

Never got a delivery on time with FedEx, it's always at least 3 days late.Also, when there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt it took them 4 days (!) to take the package to the pick up location.

I bought an item that uses FedEx to deliver. Instead fedex sent it with a 3 party and they didn't even attempt to deliver just sent it to a drop off place for me to pick up

I can not stress how incompetent FedEx employees are. I was at home the entire day waiting for my package. The FedEx employee parked right in front of my home and I saw him. He didn't leave his vehicle or anything. I thought he must be busy or something so I decided to wait for him to ring my door bell. Guess what, he drove away and an hour later I get a message saying tempted delivery and "Customer Not Available or Business ClosedRecommended action: Delivery will be re-attempted the next business day" WTF. I was really upset. I called FedEx right away. I told her to add a note and she promised that it won't happen again.So Amazon worker are able to find the house. Canada Post is able to find the house. UPS is able to find the house. DHL is able to find the house. But not FedEx. Wow! and he parked right in front too. Sounds like FedEx employee just drives around not trying to deliver any package. So incompetent.DO NOT SHIP WITH FedEx.

So closes at 8:30? Is that Eastern time because when you arrive there at 6pm to discover their hours of operation are from 10am- 5pm ! Update your time!!!!!!

Paid for the fastest delivery which was supposed to arrive the day after. The delivery guy didn't not attempt to deliver but left a door tag at the entrance of my building. I opened the door for him and he did not attempt delivery. My neighbour also saw him as he was entering the building at the same time. They told me they were sorry and would reattempt delivery the same day but never did. Still waiting for my packageMontreal, Canada
