This place isn’t good. They took too long to fix my car and didn't talk to me about what was going on. Would take days to respond and had horrible receptionist who wasn’t even aware of what’s going on and would just wait for the owner/manager to call back. The people there weren't helpful. I wasn't happy with how they did their job and regretted even going in.

The worst autobody shop I've ever dealt with. Been 2 months of no return calls. Completely incompetent. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

Terrible service, took over a month to do a minor repair, would not return calls, courtesy car was not available. do not take your car here

Terrible place to be. Raymond Grewal is the person who fixed my car and I received it with a part short (Headlight Washer Fluid pump). He told me that as soon as he gets the part he will fix it. From Aug 2022 till now (5 months), he could not find the part. I have paid the full repair cost when I took my car on July 2022.

I've never had to have body work on my car before and didn't know what to expect. Fairlane Collision and their management and staff (especially Evelyn, Raymond and Darryl) went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done and it was seamless!! My car looks amazing and they arranged everything from paint, fixing the body and even arranged to have the car re-wrapped!! I HIGHLY recommend the team at Fairlane for all your car repair needs!!! It was my first time dealing with ICBC. They made the whole process really easy for me. All the staff is helpful and polite. They did a really good job fixing my car. Definitely recommend these guys.

dishonest. waste of my time. i had told them how my icbc claim started with B so i couldn't take my broken glass repair to a glass shop in case there was body damage. after being reassured they had a courtesy car for me right away, i dropped by. then i was told they didn't have a courtesy car and tried to send me away to another glass shop, which i refused, so they offered to book me in a week later.
