I have recently been here for a car wash at this gas station and chose extreme car wash. My car hasn't been fully cleaned on the 1st wash and hence, I asked the gas station executive for the rewash. My car clearly hasn't been fully cleaned, the rooftop and the alloy wheels were still dirty. But the person denied the rewash and was rude.
The car wash here is just a waste of money!

Store clerk is so rude, I asked him nicely if he can throw my pieces of paper to his garbage behind the counter, he refuse and rudely pointed me the garbage bin. Wow!
This clerk has no customer service and needs to be trained.

Car wash is not good (for Big Trucks 1500 ram or SUV)ehere. I had Luxury wash. First, wheels wash time too short. Rainbow protection does not applied evenly. Blower too weak that leave water on my car every where. Tried to dry with microfiber cloth and leave black mark on the cloth. May be try 2 regular washes will be better?

I waited about 30 minutes for the car wash and it broke right in front of me. Everyone behind me had to be turned away as they called HQ to no avail. Just my luck right? At least they tried…but I wouldn’t bank on this place for reliability.

Car still had lots of dirty and manager came to check. Saw how dirty my hand was when I touched the car and refused to do anything about it

Top notch staff here. The lineup for the car wash can get a bit long. I’d like to see management stop people from parking their vehicles in the car wash lineup and then going into the store to purchase a wash.
